There was a terrible odour in the whole place and room, there was a kettle in room, but no cups for tea or coffee! Staff had no customer service whatsoever and it was very noisy! There wasn’t even a remote for the TV and the bed was very uncomfortable 😣

No Wifi, no food at night, posters up asking residents to return cutlery. Breakfast did start till 8am. Bedroom door had been broken into before as wood missing around the lock. Overpriced.

Carpets need steam cleaning or new ones

Staff were friendly and helpful, linen and towels were clean, the room was warm. No kettle in the room and no drinks or food available before 8 a.m. The evening menu was pitiful. The corridor carpet was filthy and thread bare. Bedroom was dingy, there were holes in the plaster and the paint work was old and drab. The shower control was broken. Only the most desperate souls could find the accommodation bearable. .

Cheap but not so cheap as to not include coffee or tea. Could definitely do with a refit

Lovely little inn with super comfortable beds. We slept so well! Sadly our in room TV didn’t work and the internet was a little spotty. The staff were very friendly and it was a lovely atmosphere!

It was easy to find, the carpark isnt very large. Room was lovely and clean, was just disappointed that there were not Tea/Coffee facilities in the room. The only other complaint was the room was too hot with no fans or aircon.

The condition of the hotel is poor

There was only 2 main things that we felt was an issue the 1st was the noise we had a family room above the bar and we could feel the vibrations through the floor the second night was a lot better. 2nd was the parking we where lucky and got a space both nights so car park is small and limited. Having said this the food was great value for money large breakfast was £3.50 mega breakfasts £6.50 or something in a great location for the snowdome and drayton manner. As for the room yes there was a few issues stained ceiling skirting board had come away from wall. Having said this did the room issues make our weekend rubbish no not at all we had a great weekend visiting the snowdome. If you are a family with young children this place is most likely not for you. Staff how ever was friendly helpful and could not ask much more from them.

Excellent value for money, very helpful staff on checking in

I was greeted by a very friendly lady who rang prior to my arrival to give me directions to ensure I could find the carpark entrance. On arrival check in was completed quickly in a friendly manner (after a long drive it was appreciated). The room was clean & tidy, & the bed was comfortable. Some previous reviews aren't particularly favourable, but remember if you want the Savoy you have to pay Savoy prices. This is a good value room. I would definitely stay here again if I need to visit the area.

Hallway carpet very dirty. Door to room badly needs painting Because of heatwave i had to remove quilt from quilt cover. Quilt was absolutely stinking. Splashes of food on walls. No tv remote.

We booked our trip through Expedia and it stated breakfast included which it wasn’t.no problem but I must say the mega breakfast is well worth the extra money and a reasonable price.the rooms are not to bad and the staff were very nice and polite. The only problem was we booked this hotel because it had a garden and kids play ground the only problem is it’s not like you see on the picture it is totally unsafe for children to use and should be pulled down immediately before there is a serious accident. Like the hotel it could do we some work but apart from that all good.

New Years Eve, no access available between 5 - 7 p.m. When we did manage to get in, the staff were rude and unhelpful. With a 2 year old in the party we were given a room directly above the disco,we were told there were no other rooms available, yet this simply was not true, truth was they just couldn't be bothered! We paid for breakfast when booking but were told on the evening after we had checked in that this would not be until 10:00 a.m.which was of no use to us as we had other arrangements made for the day? Why are these facts not stated at the time of booking, quite honestly the standard of hotels available from Hotels .com seems to be in a downhill slide currently as the last few that we have booked have all been unsatisfactory in a variety of ways. Is it that the hotels when they see that the room is booked with a reward night (that will have been earned by 10 stays paying full price) they allocate you the worst room that they have available, it appears that way to me!

Very quick check in, friendly staff and great environment. Though it is above a pub, the noise was not too loud.

Breakfast was really good. Room no 1 was right next to the main room of pub, could hear music, laughing etc was ok once pub closed and cleaner finished. Plenty of rooms will ask for quiet location next time. Didn’t like the open all night fire door, which was access after pub closed. Room was clean & comfy. Great location.

*Says that its got parking. It hasn't had to have a word with the garage to see if my car could park on garage over night. Women also said at the garage that there is never any spaces all week.(Jet Garage) * Breakfast was included (it is for Basic breakfast) this doesn't state it. Daughter wanted apple juice so paid £1.90. The lady did let us have what we wanted due to me saying well it says breakfast included. *This fire alarm went off at 10pm due to someone in the pub had seat it off. *COULDN'T GET TO SLEEP DUE TO RIGHT NEXT TO GARDEN WITH PEOPLE SHOUTING. * Was right next to the wall to the bar so all what heard all night was the band. On the advertisement it says you have parking and breakfast included. NOPE YOU DON'T

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfasts were more than adequate, in fact the first one we had was too much and we ended up the second day getting the smallest one, the prices being excellent for the size. I would certainly stay here again if I was in the area.

The room was adequate, basic, and comfortable. The room however was not the cleanest. The room is above a busy pub, and noise was an issue. The room has no kettle etc., but dow have a tv. Parking is not adequate, with my car needing to be left to the rear of the pub in a mot space in an adjacent garage as the pubs car park is tiny and was full. Breakfast was said to be extra, despite expedia's ad saying it was included. Overall ok for our purposes but leaves a bit to be desired sadly.

Happy with room was worth the money for an over night stay

A great place to stay. We stayed for one night as a family of 3 for a quick get away to visit the zoo Facilities catered for our needs, comfy beds and great food in the pub.

Stayed for the night as had a wedding at Drayton manor , was clean and good value everything you made need was very close by, breakfast was top quality 😋too

Clean enough place, staff were friendly. Just a shame our shower was stuck on red hot which was supposed to be getting sorted during our stay but didnt. Also we had breakfast included in our stay which one staff member knew but the other still tried to charge us for.

The rooms were not serviced and towels not replaced unless you asked but for the cost it wasn't bad
