I have been traveling for many years, and I don't think I've ever been as comfortable in a hotel room before. Everything was clean, comfortable, quiet and I felt very safe. Traveling with my family is not easy in Scotland, this was fantastic. We had a full bed and two twin bunks. No cots or rollouts. Local meals were amazing. And the canal was super cool. Highly recommended.

Great location and a comfortable room. Does need to address the tap the continually runs and the shower door that won’t close tightly. But overall, it was a great stay.

Property was clean and in a nice location. Biggest issues: 1. We booked a King bed and it was only a queen. 2. They only provided us with one towel for 2 people 3. There was no way to reach anyone after 5pm. Check in wasn’t even allowed until 430pm. Messaged the property 4 days ago and still no response.

Great location….room was perfect for us - right by the river. Bathroom was excellent.

Beautiful room, great location!!

The property was clean check in instructions very clear. The only issue we had is a large group booked all the other rooms and gathered in the hallway outside our door and loudly talked very early. Also the walls are very thin so people leaving or checking in will almost sound like they are in your room.

How clean and modern the room is.

We stayed one night at Lock Chambers on our way to Inverness. The room was very clean and tidy and check in was straight forward using the code and lockbox. We were able to leave our suitcases in the cafe next door before the check in time which was handy. The room was a little stuffy but there was a fan which helped a bit.

Very convenient location

We enjoyed a 1 night stay in room Loch Lochy and would definitely return. The code check in was really simple and the entrance area was fresh and modern. The room itself was even better than the pictures, the finishings and detail were great ans the space itself was very relaxing and benefits from a lovely outdoor terrace with table and chairs. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the lovey views from here with a coffee. This area did have a divider between the other rooms terrace and ours and I think we would have preferred if it was a little higher for privacy, but that’s our own preference and also due to us having our dog with us. Tea and coffee were delicious! During our stay the fire alarm went around 1am and the manager was on the phone and out on site extremely quickly. Great system in place and we appreciated the managers response!

We have stayed at the apartments before and found them comfortable, the staff friendly and the room everything you need for an overnight stay. Thanhks

Modest room. Poor communication with hotel, you have to carry up your luggage a flight of stairs. Good to know if you’re brining hiking gear. Pillows were the worst I’ve ever tried. Like lumps of stone, all too hard and the foam as dissolved into rock formations in the pillows, given you an uneven way to rest your head. Ruined Christmas. Would not come back. Room was clean though. Bought a coffee the day after downstairs and the ladies were too busy laughing and gossiping with the locals instead of dealing with the line and actually making coffee. It doesn’t matter if you chat socially as long as you can attend customers and make coffee whilst you do. Unprofessional.

It was a great centralized location for the areas in the Highlands we wanted to visit so we could have a hime base for a few days. The check-in instructions were emailed to us plenty of time in advance giving clear and concise information. The cleaning staff were extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs.

Excellent premises. New, modern and roomy. Remote contactless checkin using codes on front door and key lock on room door. Needs a flat top to work on.

The Rooms werw nicely appointed and a good size. We did have an issue regarding the emergency light coming on in the middle of the night and stayed on for 3 hours. As there are no staff on site to resolve the problem we had to improvise as it could not be turned off remotely. The employee we contacted was as helpful as she could be from a distance and we were given a bottle of Prosecco as an apology. Though we were told its not the 1st time that this has happened in one of the rooms so may need to have a plan in place should it happen again. Once again the member of staff was lovely and did what they could so no complaint regarding her service at all. More to do with their proceedures especially as not staff local to resolve any issues immediately. It would not stop me staying again if we were planning to visit the area again.

The room was clean and so spacious. Loved having a view of the locks. We had car trouble and the staff let us stay past the checkout until our tow truck arrived.

Excellent stay. Well maintained, very clean and spacious apartments in ideal location. Beds were very comfortable and spotless. Good communication leading up to and throughout stay.

Good property, comfortable and clean . Although no breakfast included there are various places to eat incl the restaurant next door.

There was a strange odor. Otherwise the room and facility was clean.

The location was great, but there was no safe parking. The host was not easily reachable to enter in the apartment because getting keys etc was quite complicated process

All instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Cute and clean room. Big washroom and nice view.

The location was perfect, the staff were helpful and kept the place spotless. The only problem was our room was by the main exit door so it was alittle loud.

Loved the location and ease of access

For 2 adults and a 18month old it was small but perfectly organised. Nice outside space too. Perfectly clean, positioned on the canal right next to shops and bars, plus the shop/cafe was lovely too. Loved the village, loved the accommodation. Highly recommended.

Parkings a bit of a faff. This is due to it being right outside a non parking road. However you can park at the otherside of the canal if you head further up and round the bend opposite the bank building. Other than that defo accommodating and would stay again.

Given access codes in advance worked well, property clean and comfortable. Would recommend

Comfort and friendliness in Loch Ness territory. Although check in is not until 4:30 pm, the staff person/manager was very helpful. He showed me to the room and carried some of our gear which had arrived by courier vanservice. I still need The restaurant downstairs was open for the first time the best evening of our stay.Thefood was quite good and the service very good.

A beautiful room with a comfy bed, lovely bath and terrace. Due to hot weather the room was a little warm and although there is a floor standing fan provided, the height of it, it didn't really cool you in bed. The blind would have been good at blocking out the light, but because of how it was installed there was around 1cm of window that wasn't covered which meant the room got light very early in the morning. The terrace is a lovely idea, but there is also a terrace right next too it and with no privacy screen it was a little awkward sitting out there having a conversation or reading a book when those in the other room also were on their terrace.
