The carpet in the room was dirty

Very noisy early on the morning with a contraction right next to my window they should not place me in the room

The hotel room was old and needs renovations. In the bathroom, a towel was thrown on the ground and the toilet paper was a bit dirty. The service was okay, but the room we booked wasn’t available. The employer was nice to us and gave us 2 other rooms. The hallways smell heavily like smoke. This hotel is okay for a short stay, but not for more than 1 day.

Great spot for attending the euro cup game. Room was clean and comfortable. Great service and staff.

Nice good service

Price is very reasonable. Room inside is very clean . Enough space room and balcony are quite comfortable to stay . BUT, only 1point what I want hotel to improve is that floor of corridor are very dirty that looked like shredder waste was scattered in the hallway.

The place is really close to the airport. And the Spanish Woman and the reception was amazing, no problems at the check in

The staff was excellent. The room was clean and modern. The hallways were dark and dirty in some areas. Location is very far from city with limited transportation.

Rooms were as described and spacious. Staff were really friendly. We stayed 3 nights and only requested room service once. Room service was not very good, only made the beds, did not remove access any garbage or empty batheoom garbages. Sinks were not cleaned. Did not replace handsoap dispenser which was empty. Showers were leaking onto bathroom floor which was very problematic. Hotel staff were aware of the problem but did not make any arrangements to correct to accommodate. On day of checkout, Housekeeping came twice in the morning to ask if we needed room service.

Hotel was very nice, the room was big. There is a mall down the street with some dining options and a grocery store. Very convenient for the airport

Even though parking was available, they charge $13. Very friendly staff, Desk and Bar. Big room. A little dated. Great room for the price.

Room was very spacious. Check-in was easy and friendly. Only complaint is found a few black hairs in the bed.

Not bad

Stayed here prior to an early morning flight home from the airport. Location was the priority and it was easy access to the Frankfurt Airport and our rental car drop off. Hotel itself is nice enough a nothing really unique but room was a decent size for the 4 of us, and was and modern and clean. Elevator and hallway were a little worn and dirty, but I think to be expected in a hotel. Bar looked nice but we didn’t try it or the breakfast. Close to a number of fast food places and restaurants in the town, a short drive (5 mins)- wouldn’t be great without a vehicle, but worked for us. Good value for the money and if we are back for another flight will stay again!

The room was too hot, 26.3C which is not ideal with a 4month old baby. The aircon was not working , it was impossible to regulate the temperature.

Nice located hotel next to shopping centers, Self check-in option which is not workable if you booked hotel through third parties, so don't waste your time and go to restaraunt where you will find reception. Some hotel walls requires renovation. no kettle in the room, you should ask for extra deposit. you can get 1 bedroom apartment which is good.

The rooms were very nice for the price paid.

PLEASE NOTE that there is NO SHUTTLE BUS from the airport - the hotel is far away and it costs us $50 to get a taxi from the airport and Uber back was twice cheaper next morning. Our Room had an issue with the shower screen door and we reported that to the staff. Breakfast was excellent as well as staff! 5 starts to the staff.

Hot, noisy and the worst towels I've ever seen.

Besides the fact that they charge 13 EUR for overnight parking (which is too much, but you can find free parking places on nearby streets), this hotel does not look too fancy from outside, but inside it offers great rooms with lot of space and comfort, separate bedroom and working room, large bathroom, 2 TV sets, it is clean and have large windows that can be opened (air-con is there too of course) and all that for a very reasonable price. Maybe our price was so low because of it being empty on a Saturday night and we literally had to search for someone to check us in, however the lady receptionist was very nice, friendly and with perfect English. However, leaving at 4:00 am on Sunday morning we had nowhere to put our room cards, so we just had to leave them somewhere. This hotel is a little hidden gem, not directly at FRA airport, but if you have a car it reasonably close. So inside a perfect hotel for a very fancy stay for little money, maybe stop charging for parking and I would say this hotel is really perfect. Will come again if it will be for a good price when we will be in the area again.
