Of course, the location is superb, in the Grikos bay. When we finally got the apartment we initially booked, everything was fine. The maisonnette with private pool has a very luxurious feel and has lots of privacy.
We arrived beginning of May, and the hotel had just opened after winter stop. It appeared that our room wasn't ready yet, so we got another room, which was an upgrade according to the staff members. So we got a room with nice sea view, but no private pool.
However, for us it didn't feel like an upgrade. Then suddenly, after two days, we were informed that our apartment was available, if we still wanted to change. So we did.
In general, we had the feeling that the staff was not entirely ready or trained for the job, probably because they just started with their jobs there.

Service was exceptional. Breakfast quality was great as was the general food at the hotel. Staff were friendly, accessible and happy to assist. Rooms were large and clean. Great location.

staff totally uncoordinated. terrible system with the sunbeds by the beach, basically they allowed people to block sunbeds and then disappear for the day

the rooms were old and because of the new owner and the manager all the system has changed. not a home anymore.
