Breakfast was amazing, as was the restaurant food. Bedding was very comfortable and shower had good water pressure.

No parasols in the whole resort. I understand it was windy however there needs to be a solution. On the last day as we had checked out I think I got a bit of heatstroke as I was in the sun all day. The staff assured us that they would come up with a solution for next year when they open fully as this was the soft launch, however I wasn’t aware I had booked for a soft launch, paying over 1k per night for the room.

The total commitment of the staff for your thorough holiday enjoyment. So friendly. The cleanliness, quality of food and ability to secure fabulous restaurant bookings and transport when requested was very impressive.

Very little. Would have preferred a bar area that was enticing during inclement weather. I would definitely return.

The food was a strange mix , we felt that they were trying too hard to make it Michelin started with some weird and wonderful concoctions instead of doing great basic ingredients , we felt that was the only thing that let it down

Omma is just as beautiful as in photos and the views from the hotel are breathtaking. The hotel is tastefully decorated and takes great care of cleanliness and quality of the facilities. The pool area is tranquil and excellent if you want to just stay at the hotel. The two pools are really big considering it is Santorini with a nice pool bar for snacks and cocktails. We hired a car for the full stay and it was easy to drive to the beaches or to restaurants. But if you don’t want to drive the hotel can arrange a driver for you. The key aspect of the hotel is its skilled and friendly staff who really go for extra mile for their customers. Thanks to Zoe and Constantinos for arranging us great tables in variety of interesting restaurants and taking care of all our requests. We actually did not miss Oia at all but found that Thira and Imerovigli offer even better sunset views and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of choice. There is also a gym with essential equipment. We stayed 9 days and could have stayed more! A warm thank you to Omma for making our holiday such a great experience!

Our stay at OMMA was nothing short of spectacular. From the shuttle service to the reception to the servers and the management, everyone was stellar. The hotel itself is incredible—unspoiled sunset views, comfortable rooms, a great restaurant, and a beautiful pool. We’re so glad we stayed here and are already talking about when we might be able to return!
