Everything was nice and clean,good staff and very good restaurant inside of the hotel

No reception during nights. It's not written the “check in” time before the booking. I had to hurry and drive for 3 h just to arrive there “in time”. That’s why I choose a “hotel”, to be able to arrive late. More than that I had to pay for the breakfast, even if when I reserved it was said it’s included. That’s why I didn’t pay for a simple room, I paid a more expensive one, for having the breakfast.

The stuff was very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely winding garden outside of the hotel and you have plenty of space to park your vehicle in a private parking space that is locked by a gate. The room was very clean. The windows were well-closing and prevented the noise from the nearby trainstation from disturbing too much. There was a great variety of snacks to choose from at the breakfast buffet (but mostly sweet). The shower was great in terms of regulating the temperature as well as concerning the waterpressure.

In case you have a double-bedroom and share your bed with your partner, the mattresses are fitted with spring-core. So you can feel every move your partner is doing during the night. As our rooms were across the garden in another enclosed building our Wifi didn´t work in our hotelroom. However you could use it in the hotel lobby, garden or dining area. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of (mostly sweet) snacks but aside from the fresh pineapple it would be all the better if there might be some fresh vegetables like cucumber or italian tomatoes.

We loved the traditional building, welcoming treatment and a comfortable room. They also did the best to help us getting to our flight on time. The location is very close to the best pizzeria and pasticeria in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only little thing that I could think of is that we were not able to connect to the wifi in the room. However as we haven't really needed it, we enjoyed the amenities instead.

The breakfast was amazing, with amazing cakes. the staff is very kind Our room was in a very nice villa in the garden. The station in literally in front of the hotel.

The windows are a little bit old, as a result some air always flows inside, and our room was quite cold at the begining...but with the radiators on, all went well!

very old place, thin walls brings noice from other rooms on the floor,poor heating , no heating in bathroom this hotel needs total refurbishment. in spite of lower price not good value for money. just next to the railway station so as of early morning trains disturbs

The room was small but clean. Nothing special but Ok for 1 night.

You can hear the train from the room and it took us a while to arrive to our bedroom from the reception. Not really ideal with heavy suitcase and no elevator. Room is a bit dated. Finally their is no free hotel parking for the car.

Rooms and common areas dated but spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast for Italian standards.

Very noisy room next to railway station. Noisy tiled hallway to rooms. Rooms are rather dated.
