The appartement was not far from the beach and Lecce. Everything was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

We were missing comfortable chairs but when we asked they brought some over right away.

Excellent staff, great pool area and good coffee and pastries for breakfast. A relaxing and quality hotel. Easy walk to the beach and local shops.

We liked everything about the hotel. The bed was a little hard for our liking but that is personal taste. Also the AC in one bedroom was not working at full capacity in the very hot weather.

the noise from the dogs around the property in the night, we could not sleep for two nights, the camera system in the rooms had flashing lights red and green, very annoying as that kept on going the entire night. the entire area and sea side was smelling bad, we did not feel safe to walk around, a lot of dirt in the streets and street dogs walking around.

inside the apartment was great. The area is awful and absolutely nothing to see or do. Think twice about this location. great hotel in an awful location.

Staff was friendly, pool was very nice, our outdoor terrace was great.

Missed some basic things such as enough storage place/ hangers for clothes, no hooks to hang your towels, pans were too big to be able to boil water and fry an egg at the same time. Small things that can be easily changed/improved.

Nice staff, nice swimming pool.

The apartment was far from the swimming room (different building). The kitchen was not well equipped. No amenities.

Pictures doesn't match with room, city is not good. Better book something in Leece.

We choose this accommodation as our start point of our Apulia since we needed more space and good wifi connection, and we made great decisions. We had enough space to cook, work and chill in apartment and in our garden. The best part - huge windows contcted to the garden so you have feeling that you are outside.

In a kitchen ther is no knifes or cleaning supplies.

Cons: Very basic apartment supposedly ‘deluxe’ but living area and balcony very small and hardly any facilities (not enough cutlery and glasses) - more like basic not deluxe Area around apartments run down and on several days there was a very unpleasant smell Bed sheets smelt musty although clean looking Overall the price paid was not reflective of the advertised standard Had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other

The staff was truly excellent - their advice made the trip. A little spartan the furnishings.

The local government appears to be struggling as the nearby piazza was overgrown with weeds. A small investment in groundskeepers would do a lot to encourage tourists and visitors to stay longer.
