There is nothing to like at this hotel, u have to walk a lot of distance to reach the hotel from Darjeeling mall, the caretaker does not help you,it is very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage or travelling with a child,stay somewhere closer,do not stay in this hotel

Warning - ****** VERY BAD HOTEL Please Do NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Very bad and unsatisfactory stay. They trick you badly with these photos, as when we reached there,all the wallpapers were torn,the toilets were very dirty.There was a very bad smell in the rooms.The kitchen they promise to give us unusable,as not only it's dirty but I got my finger cut. There is no maintenance at all. The owner does not care.he lives somewhere else,and the caretaker is rude . Most importantly,there is no water even to wash hands. Please do not travel with your family in this hotel.its the worst experience.My 6 year daughter also found the toilets da, disgusting.rubbish hotel.

It's in a prime location, the beds are comfortable, nice & clean kitchen. The hotbags made us warm, so we liked the place.

We needed help with our luggage since there is no parking facility in the property ,if there is somebody to carry the luggage or a number who we could call for help that would be nice.

Location was good and closer to Mall and co-ordinator was very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and they provied ample amount of quilts and blankets. View was nice from the balcony.

Little dark road towards the homestay and hardly any street lights. Conditions of the road towards the apartment was not so good.
