Fantastic location and great Reception team/staff.
The oven did not work, the ceiling fan covers in both bathrooms were very dirty. The tiled floors were dirty as your bare feet would be black when walking on them. The handle in the ensuite bathroom kept coming off.
The bed in the master bedroom had a massive 'dip' in the middle (time for a new one!).

The pools were great as was the location to everything..

Quiet location with easy access to town , beach, walks was great. Having pool on site was a big bonus. Fans and air conditioning were on when we arrived.
Apartment was a bit tired, needs refreshing. Kitchen drawers need attention, lounge cushions need cleaning

The complex is a little dated but the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.

Location was really the only redeeming feature.
General maintenance - toilets, indoor and outdoor furniture, exhaust fan, toaster.
Ensuite bathroom very cramped and poor design
Laundry facilities were cramped and inadequate.
Outdoor chair worn through.
TV hard to operate with variety of remotes and slow to respond.
Overall poor maintenance, everything old and worn.
Steps in master bedroom and living room to kitchen quite dangerous.
Car parking extremely tight.
Obviously the owner has neglected to maintain and update to meet the price charged.
We advise against anyone considering Unit 5. We certainly won't again.

Location was fabulous. Very well equipped in the kitchen.
That the tv wasn’t activated so you could use your own netflix etc. It waa a smart tv but not connected to internet and wouldn’t connect to the complex internet. This should really be standard these days - that you can use your own log ins for streaming on the tv.

It’s location was excellent. They were very accomodating for a very late arrival. There were amenities provided and towels. I received an email prior with all I needed to know.
It was a dated and old inside. The screen door didn’t work properly.

Location to the beach, restaurants and street was great. Didn't need a car, walked everywhere.

Great location, halfway between main street and beach (only 200 metres in either direction), and good facilities inside and outside the room. Would definitely stay here again.
Parking spaces are very tight to park in and out of, but other than that nothing.

there is plenty of parking, however would be better if each unit had there own space. No smoking rule on balconies should have signs to say no smoking as it was an issue for management.

unfortunately our room overlooked the pool which opened at 7am and we filled with screaming children. rooms need a renovation as very dated

situation, spacious apartment.
apartment was tired and needed a little refurbishment, especially the bathroom.
we were on the ground floor which was dark, not very private , no aspect or view.
would have preferred to be upstairs.

Clean, spacious and well-appointed unit just 50m from 4-mile beach and a quick stroll to Port Douglas central shopping district. Well equipped for a self-contained property, with fantastic pool access and helpful, friendly staff. Recommended.
The parking was SUPER tight and very difficult to navigate in anything but a small car.

Great location. -100m to beach - 100m to coffee shops/breakfast - 200m to shops and restaurants. Top floor in unit had huge balcony with table and chairs as well as small spa tub outdoors. Main floor also had balcony big enough for 4 people. Furniture was comfortable and practical and kitchen was very well equipped. Washing machine/dryer in main bathroom was very convenient. We had a great stay and would definitely return.
We were on second floor with no lift. Didn't matter too much but was a bit of a hike with luggage and groceries. Single beds in 2nd bedroom. Very comfortable and whilst we knew what to expect, it would've been better if they could've been put together to make a king bed.
