Very spacious and clean rooms, with all essential equipment (incl wasmachine and dryer) available.

As during the period we stayed it was exceptionaly hot weather (+35C), we missed a terrace and airco. A fan was available in the apartment to generate a welcoming breeze!

The studio type apartment is large and has a huge balcony. Equipments in the room are high quality and easy to use. A bus stop is in front of the building.

The reception office was often unmanned, though the staff responded promptly to our inquiries by e-mail.

comfy beds, a lot of space in the appartement and all the necessities needed in termes of ustensiles for cocking (need spices though), very clean and even a cute terrace with a beautiful garden. Good ventilation.

everything is done automatically, so you don’t run in any personals, which, if you have question, is a bit problematic, but according do their manual they are reachable by phone or email (we never tried we never needed to). we never found the WiFi password. hopefully our device worked on 4G in Switzerland.

It is definitely a very well ran hotel /apartment. All is structured in a very smart way and I doubt that there is a lot space for complaints.

They need to look into their TV system. It's pretty annoying that no matter what weather condition the connection is bad or not existing. Also a short manual for using oven and stove would be advisable. There are the manuals in one binder, what is great. But I found it after one week 😁 The size of the pillow is huuuuuge. Unfortunately in all Dime. A smaller one would be great.

A great place to stay, close to the highway so we could access several ski areas within 20 min to an hour away. The place was very clean and very big. We stayed with 2 adults and one child and the childs bed on the couch was great. We had enough in the kitchen to cook including a dishwasher. Bathroom had heated floors and a hairdryer. Plenty of parking onsite and if there was enough snow we would have also had the option to park in the garage. Hosts replied quickly to questions and provided us with a code upon checkin. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing bad to report about this place. Great option for someone not looking to spend a lot of money on an apartment style stay.

The apartment is very modern and was extremely clean when I got there. Easy to find with good car parking facilities. The bathroom has a lovely walk in shower and the bed was also very comfy.

The kitchen is very modern, but the facilities provided are not amazing. The hob only has two rings and is not that powerful, so boiling a pot of water took a really long time. The kettle also had a european plug that didn't fit into the wall making it non-useable. The listing on the site said that "parking must be reserved" but when I contacted to reserve, they told me that it is not possible to reserve, so you have to rely on there being a space available outside. When I travelled it wasn't busy so this wasn't an issue, but if you were going at a busier time of year, parking on site is not guaranteed. The hosts were not that helpful generally, everything went smoothly, but they are not available at all over the weekend (from 4pm Friday until 8am Monday), as I was checking in over the weekend and had some questions, this meant no one at all got back to me until Monday, by which time it was too late anyway. I do feel hosts should be available 7 days a week if they are offering stays 7 days a week.

Clean and easy to access, warm.

Plates, glasses, cutlery only exactly for 4 people: no spare and need to immediate wash for reuse. No bottle for water. No microwave. Hairdryer broken (but replaced the day after). No hot water for several hours.
