The location was great. The room was spacious and lovely, feeling very well appointed. It felt new and a "zen like" design. I didn't use it but it had a kitchenette also, would suit someone for a longer stay.

There was no phone or immediate contact option for a front desk.

Location is great. Safe , lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Walmart about 8 miles walk.

Everything matched the photos. The rooms were clean. Security was good. The convenience of checkin and getting the room code was smooth. The terrace was awesome. The kitchenette was a nice addition. The location was great.

The AC was a bit weak - we were on the sunny side of the building. We were disappointed that coffee supplies were not restocked daily.

Location was great, private and quiet.

Mattress as too firm and the pillows were uncomfortable. AC wasn’t working in our room, and the fan supplied didn’t keep up. Odd noises, maybe the plumbing, woke us up multiple times per night.

The security staff was warm, friendly and always willing to help. They didn't speak English, but used Google Translate which worked well. Although it wasn't like having a hotel staff, it was great having someone there 24/7. We saw the manager occasionally and she was very welcoming. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great cafe 2 doors down (skip Starbucks!)

The room itself was great.

It's a fishbowl (if people raise their shades you can see everything they're doing, and even when the semi-transparent shades are down, things are slightly visible) with little to no noise reduction. One morning we woke up when a phone alarm went off; it wo lots my wife and I looked at each other to see who set their alarm this early; it till us a second to realize, astonished, that it was in someone's else's room! Could also hear conversations from other Tom, and every time a door shut on the hallway, etc. We chose a hotel instead of an Airbnb thinking we would get the benefit of hotel help; a concierge's thoughts, recommendations, assistance if we needed it. We never saw the manager/concierge/anyone (besides the security guard, who was very friendly) after we checked in, and didn't get responses via the Whatsapp contact we were given.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and the hotel is in a great location.
