The meals were provided by an on-site restaurant. It was like going back in time, not in a good way. The charged me extra for fruit on my oatmeal. But the worst, absolutely worst thing was that when I asked to eat the food in my room, they packaged it all in styrofoam! In the 21st century this is absolutely appalling. We know how damaging styrofoam is to the environment and there is no excuse to continue using it. I think Best Western can spring for biodegradable! Because of the use of styrofoam by this establishment I will not return

The room had microwave and refrigerator which is great to have them in the room. Ductless split AC worked perfectly. They provided free parking which is awesome. Reception has one assistant who can talk to you with English , which is great. Room and bathroom was clean and equipped with clean towels... Pillows are ok , they have white and clean cover.

they didn't provide white sheet for bed Which is not acceptable for me. It's not hygiene to use it. Wifi was terrible. It disconnected anytime. My room was number 27. It was upstairs and next to the street so it has a lot of noise specially in the mid night. It's not good for relaxation. May be double window or insulated door is the solution Potentially here is a good place to stay but They should review their services. And work on them to get 5 star.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE AC UNIT TO CONFUSING TO SET IT UP.

Toilet kept getting plugged up continuously. The only bright light on the premises, when we we were staying there, was Humberto who had a polished customer oriented personality, spoke perfect English, and was able to take control of negative and unfortunate situations. Wish he had been the manager or at the very least, assigned to the front desk. What an asset he is to this hotel and was able to make everything "right" again.

Initial pricing was fair but a pet costs of an additional $10 per day made the whole package not nearly as attractive. FYI...We were awakened at 7:00 AM on our second day here reminding us that person a front desk forget to ask for deposit which I made sure I reminded her of at check in. She had an awful time spitting it out which took a separate visit to the office and an additional 15 minutes to explain it while the office was full of guests checking in and out of the hotel. Yes, the employees assigned to front desk spoke little or no English, but also were undoubtedly ignorant (not because of any language barrier) but clearly have their head permanently stuck in a place where the sun doesn't shine. Maid service is only every other day and maids seem to hate their job. We got locked out of our room which required 4 separate visits to the office to convince them we were not assigned to the room they thought we had been assigned to. All we could think was "where could they have possibly found so many 3rd grade dropouts? Any human being with an IQ would have excelled in the tasks they were attempting to master
