The food was excellent!! Every day something new to eat! We had all inclusive and it was perfect!! Staff really nice and friendly! Location is great, you just go 2 steps from hotel and you're on the beach! Overall we have nothing to claim!! I recomend also to go to Italian veranda restaurant which belong to Vrissaki beach - great food and service!!

Perfect location. Very close to the main street with restaurants, shops etc. Private beach in front of the hotel with super sunrise view. Also if you like to stay by the pool you have sea view and the beach by 50m in front. Breakfast very nice and various (was the only meal that we chose). Super friendly and supportive staff. Everything was excellent!

Halfboard was really good, large choice of meats, vegetables, fruits, desserts.
Room nice, comfortable and very clean and quiet (good walls, no sounds from other rooms)
The staff in the restaurant works really hard, sometimes nervous because of the workload. This is not their fault.

The rooms are beautiful. Convenient location in walking distance from restaurants shops etc. The sea in front of it is amazing-if you are lucky enough to find a sunbed and/or an umbrella.
The location is in the center of Protaras which makes it very busy. No sunbeds available by the pool or the beach from 10am. The staff was not very friendly expect from reception who were great. I asked for a chair to sit by the pool since there were no sunbeds and they didn't allow it. Generally i didn't see the willingness to help or r a welcoming approach.

Amazing hotel, an increadible breathtaking view from our room to the Meditteranean sea- seriously, the sea views on the rooms of this hotel are from another level- is like you are actually floating into the sea!
Breakfast superb with plenty of choices and the hotel couldnt be more welcome to us and our toddler. Special thanks to the great service provided by the girls in the reception Ms Karmen and Ms Skevi, so friendly, polite and ready to assist us on everything. Thank you so much girls.
Pool area is very large and with plenty of sunbeds for everyone, even though many 'book' them during nightime by placing their towels for the next day- pretty funny.
This hotel is simply one of the best in Protaras and in Cyprus.

Only issue I didnt like: Lifeguards should be more active and to ensure everyone is safe and everything is ok during their shifts- The lifeguard on the pool didnt move from her chair, playing on her cellphone and listening to music the whole time.

Walk directly onto a very good beach (15m from pool side), pool and surrounding area kept spotless, long beach promenade - perfect for morning stroll or jog, good selection at breakfast. Rooms were kept spotless. Plenty of other good food options very near to hotel.
Breakfast Coffee and limited fruit juice were nasty, and mattresses were too soft/uncomfortable - other than that pretty perfect as far as hotel goes.
Many guests took little notice of the covid mask wearing rules - but that is not really the hotels fault.
