Gute Lage gleich am Park und am Rande der Altstadt. Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Gut geeignet für die erste Nacht und um mit der Fähre weiter zu reisen.

La connexion Wifi est quasi inexistante (lorsque par hasard on arrive à se connecter, la lenteur est désespérante). De plus la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Comme la réception n'est pas ouverte en permanence, si on part très tôt et que l'on rentre tard, impossible de le signaler.

The location is perfect if you are planning to take the ferry. The place is very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The check in was easy, and the person at the reception provided very good information.

Location is perfect in the city. Everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is lovely. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

We got there early around 10 and had to wait in the lobby until 3pm to access the room. We knew what time check in was though.

Centrally located in Fort de France. The location was great! They were able to allow us to store baggage until the rooms were ready for us.

The Residence Fort Savane was just right for us. Our room was large and the large windows looked out over the park. The room was nicely furnished and decorated, the bed was good, and there was sufficient storage space. The kitchenette was well equipped and everything worked satisfactorily. The WiFi was good, and the air-conditioning was satisfactory. There is an elevator/lift which worked reliably. Daily servicing of our room was very good The Residence is about 10 to 12 minutes on foot from the main inter-island ferry terminal, which suited us well. It is only 5 minutes from the very local ferries to places on the bay (beaches and towns). There are many restaurants in the downtown area, but they vary greatly in comfort, price and quality of food. To our surprise, parking was not really difficult.

Across the street from the Residence in the edge of the park are 2 or 3 outdoor café-restaurants: on weekend nights one or more play music loudly. We coped without great difficulty but light sleepers be warned. The reception is not opened regularly. Guests should be sure to contact the hotel well in advance to make arrangements for checking in. Incidentally the door to the Residence is inconspicuous.

Super nice and quiet studio apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and fully functional. A big terrace faces the garden and has lots of space. We loved the location of the place: walking trail to the Les Salines beach starts close to the resort and Sainte-Anne is also in the walking vicinity. Special thanks to our host Jonathan, who was extremely friendly, flexible, and went out of his way to make our stay special. We’re definitely coming back!

No human reception, despite arriving in normal hours. A lot of bugs running around the room. We counted at least 10 that we had to kill after arriving at night. More appeared in the morning. No solution was offered

The location is perfect. In the heart of town with all the stores and supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. The room is simple, yet comfortable. There's action across the street especially on Fridays and Saturdays; live band and food of all types. The window facing the street is sealed tightly and almost no sound comes in. So in spite of the weekend's events, you are able to sleep soundly. The room, at the start of our stay wasn't cleaned to our satisfaction but that was quickly rectified. If you have any issues whatsoever, the resolution is one whatsapp message or call away. Safety is always a concern when you're in a foreign country and we always felt safe in and out of the hotel.
