Great location with a window view to the Iwatake ski resort Nice and helpful receptionist, we inquired about the shared onsen and if people with tattoos were allowed to enter, she said it's not really allowed but since there weren't anyone bathing at that time it was alright. There was a hanger rack but the heater was turned off, so our clothing couldn't dry completely overnight. The floor chairs were kind of fragile and the male guests didn't feel comfortable leaning their weight on it because it creaked.
