The entire decor, the location, ease of access to shops nearby. The kitchen was well equipped.

Location great easy access to bars,takeaways etc Bus stop for city centre just around corner Walking distance for Royal yacht Britannia and from here access to tourist bus. Leith waterfront lovely and just a stones throw away. Beds very comfy and location quiet so great for a good nights sleep. Paul met us there with keys even though we arrived later than scheduled due to the train being cancelled / delayed he was there waiting he walked us through property and explained wifi etc. Great to have large dining table so we could all sit down together. Fabulous place to stay with friends.

Just to be picky it would of been nice to have some milk in fridge as stated in description as we arrived later than planned due to train cancellations and were ready for a cuppa but the shop was only a 10 minute walk away so no real problem.

Location, Location, Location. Quiet with plenty of eateries on your doorstep. Good size and definity family freindly, very clean and great transport access to town especially once the finish the tram line.

Parking a little restricted but planty of spaces less than 1/2mins walk from door. This should ease once road works have been finished. Not owners fault council digging up road and was not problem on visit.

Great communication from owners nothing to much trouble. Property is gorgeous perfect for a us as a group of 3 couples, everything you need at property lovely location. This was our second visit and will definitely be staying again.

Maybe could do with a shelf in main bathroom to put toiletries on.One of the bedrooms door handles needs repairing. But did not spoil our stay.

Great apartment in perfect location. Close to bars and restaurants and close to bus links in to Edinburgh. Very comfortable beds and brilliant Facilities down to the little things like towels and hairdryers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms meant it was perfect for our group of three couples and made it a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, meeting us at the property at a time that suited us. Fraser was very helpful, finding parking spaces for us and helping with the bags. The accommodation itself was very comfortable, with plenty of space. I would say it caters for 6 people rather than 8 in terms of facilities. The location itself was good if you know Edinburgh, and especially for it's vicinity to the Shore in Leith. It's really good value for money and easy to get into the city centre.

The property just needs a little attention, change some light bulbs, and fix the sofa bed - it's not usable - and we will definitely be back. The other thing is that only one person could have a shower at a time. So the three bathrooms weren't much of a benefit.
