No hot water in shower. One night stay, so did not discover problem until getting ready to bath and leave. Advised front desk .

Front desk staff was nice, but the room was so bad. It was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Maintenance issues, but also just filthy. Hair all over bathroom, in sink, dirt and grime on floors and on walls. Hair all over the bathroom ceiling, not sure how that even happened. Q tip on the floor, dirty mattress (we pulled open sheets to check for bugs, didn't see any) snot or blood on the lampshade. Looked like vomit stains on wall. Rest of hotel not too clean so no point in complaining, we suffered through night and wont be back.

Hotel was very dated and not clean. Front desk staff were cold and not friendly. The bed was the worst hurt my back. The breakfast was instant eggs and sausage. The chairs in room were worn and dirty. Don’t stay here. Pay a little more and stay in a quality hotel. Very disappointed.

It was just ok. We stayed here in the past, but it's showing neglect now. The exterior doors around the hotel did not lock (room key not required to gain entry), so anyone could pull the doors open and wander in. They were renovating the rooms on the main floor, so maybe improving?
I will say, though, that the staff is excellent.

The room was tacky, the desk chair fabric was pealing, the paint was rubbed off in places, and behind the toilet wasn’t even painted, the hallway carpet was old and dirty. The housekeeping staff didn’t even check in to see if I needed my trash emptied or more supplies.
I was very disappointed. I purposely chose a mid range priced hotel and this wasn’t even worth half what I paid.

Overall is was great. The property was easy to find. The hotel exterior was clean and free of debris. The interior was clean and the dining area free of debris. The room was comfortable and had clean sheets. The bathroom was clean and had clean towels. The only thing the shower did not have a curtain, so the floor was wet after a shower.

Toilet broke. Asked for it to be fixed, and nothing was done. We left on the second night to another hotel. Never again will I stay at this hotel and brand. Invest in your hotels, meaning hire mainstaff to fix problems that arise.

Room was not the cleanest. But it wasminor things that was wrong. The bed was clean, but the head board had mysterious orange globs on one side. The carpet was old, stained just basically needs to be replacedfrom wear and tear. The bathroom had old dried up food bits on the floor. Bed was comfortable, loved the blanket and the ac worked amazingly. Breakfast was bagels, toast, cereal, muffins, make your own waffles, old fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Huge plus was that there was a fridge and microwave in the room.

The overall stay was fine, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were sub-par. I found long curly hairs on the walls of the shower,(I’m bald so it definitely wasn’t mine). Looked like there was blood on the tile floor. The mirror was dirty. And the food in the breakfast bar was rubbery and the juice machine was broken.

Very outdated carpet and rooms. Smells really bad when you walk into the hotel. Breakfast was at 6:00 I showed up at 6:30 and all the hot food was already gone and they don't refill it. If you have children I would definitely not stay here. Bed bugs in the room and cockroaches!

First room offered wasn’t services from previous night. Second room had a leftover muffin on the counter and bugs around the sink. Very soft bed. Lots more options in area.

Checking in was quick, the staff was great. The hotel is in the middle of either remodeling or having repairs done, which would have been amazing to know before hand because we would have stayed at the hotel beside this one. The water never turned any kind of cold to cool down from the Phoenix heat. The second day, the bathtub filled up on its own with brown water and we had to switch rooms.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and rattling. Then it completely fell out of the ceiling. I’m grateful we were not hurt as it was directly above the toilet! Then, the hand towel rail fell down when one of us was simply drying our hands. The microwave did not work either. Plus the breakfast was very scant. You had a choice of cereal or pancakes, no meat or eggs. Just a subpar experience to say the least.
