Didnt get room ordered. Second bed had a very suspicious stainnon one of the bed sheets and cleaning crew did not clean up.

Very Basic hotel. Stayed for ISU Family wknd when finding hotels is limited without price gouging. Hotel needs updating, room was missing a nightstand, literally broken off the wall. one pillow case had a small stain. Room was clean, plenty of towel. Door to room had some rust and bathroom needed updating. Breakfast is VERY basic, example: breakfast bars, 2 mini muffins in a ziplock bag, single bagged poptart. Hotel worked for a place to sleep and that is about it and all we needed.

Super one and outgoing staff. Only thing I didn’t like was the toilets being SO close to/against the sink. It was a little uncomfortable, but everything else was great. Woukd stay here again for sure!

Room was furnished a good amount of up to date. Had the necessities needed for the stay and got the job done for the price but minor inconveniences affecting quality of stay. Flooring had a few cracks in tile and wood chipping. The fitness center was closed out of the blue, elevator was out for a few hours (fixed quickly). Simple grab and go breakfast included.

The lady at check in was really nice. After that however, it was a crapshoot if we were going to find someone at the desk Which was often empty. When we checked out, waited for over 10 minutes and noone came back- went back to room and left keys on counter and left without being able to ask a question about billing. Also, and most disturbing part of stay was that toilet was leaking at the base and entire room smelled like a porta potty- first night couldn’t even sleep the odor was so deep up my nostrils. They had no other rooms that we could change to and other hotels in the area were either booked or charging $250+ / night because of a local university event.

If all you want is a bed, it's fine. The room didn’t offer much more than that. The room is small. The bathroom has veey poor lighting. The walls are just plain grey. It's very stark and boring. The staff waa nice at check in but it seem like they have a lot of issues with 3rd party check in. I almost had my reservation cancelled because, apparently, the payment i made online from Hotels.com didn't come through. I had to spend an hour in the phone to resolve the issue. The check in person was veey helpful with that problem but it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. Other than that, my stay was fine.

This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in that couldn’t provide synthetic pillows for those with feather allergies. Had to go to Walmart to purchase pillows. Bathroom floor was wet due to leaking toilet. The continental breakfast consisted of overripe fruit and coffee. To top it off, there was a large group of high school students running and screaming in the halls at night.

The hotel is run down . Not much worked properly.Icemaker is broken. Elevator safety inspection is expired.Bathroom was a complete run down state. Advertising a pool that's been down for over 2 years. AC was loud and drafting outside air. Bed box springs creeky and concerning. Would have gone elsewhere but no reservations available for the weekend. I want my $$$ back

Was impressed as soon as walked in and was greeted by the desk person. She was cheerful, helpful and full of great ideas for dinner. If we could, we would have invited her along. A must stay anytime we are in the area.

Very dirty floors. Shampoo and conditioner weren't new or even full and they were minis. Just overall not a great experience. Receptionists were friendly though.

The bed was very lumpy. Could not sleep. The staff never brought us more towels. The pool is not open hasn’t been for a very long time. Coffee in room was horrible. But I did go back and forth to lobby to get hot water in my own cup to make my own instant coffee or tea bags from them. Using some of my own sugar and some of theirs if they had any. The chair in our room was broke, the closet in our room was broke, the curtain was missing a hook. No microwave and a very small refrigerator. Tub had no stopper. Might be an ok place one night. Just sleep and go. But not for extended stay.
