My stay was great the room and bed was excellent

We booked this hotel for the indoor pool but could not use it because the pool area was so hot and non ventilated you could not use the pool. How disappointing. We approached the front desk whom informed us they can open some sliding doors, but this is not how this normally works. This should be a climate controlled environment and monitored on a regular basis.

We booked because it had good reviews. At first glance, it’s not bad, and the staff is friendly. Area isn’t bad. After being there a bit, we found the floor was giving out in part of the room, to the point that the tv stand moved when you stepped there. We moved the chair to pull out the couch bed and found a used condom underneath, and found a dead roach by the sink. Won’t stay there again, and don’t recommend anyone else to.

The ac in our room didn’t work well and made loud noises all night long. Two random people knocked on the door at 10:45pm and 3:20 am. The fire alarm started going off at 12:35. It was a rough stay.

Not enough parking. Had hard time getting checked in due to computer system being down.

When we got to our room it smelled of awful smoke and like lots of deodorizer trying to cover it up! They had a glade plug in trying to mask the awful smell. It was really late when we got in so I told the front desk the next morning she said she was sorry people just don’t care or follow rules and the housekeepers probably tried to clean up the smell. Super disappointing that they even allowed this “smoke free” room to be booked and used smelling the way it did.

Excellent … only the airport is close so you can hear the airplanes after 7:30am and during the day

Staff was awesome. The system was down due to the Microsoft crash and they handled it so good.

The only problem was that I had a hard time checking in due to the outage of Microsoft but the manager and staff were so helpful and made everything super easy for us dispite their computers systems not working!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

The hotel was close to the water park, The room was clean and spacious. Staff were courteous. The pool did not have a closing time so was available late at night. It was a good value for the money.

Maybe I'm being too picky but I am knocking off 1 star for 2 reasons: 1) the scrambled eggs, only one morning, tasted like they were cooked in the wrong grease and were inedible 2) Both room key cards stopped working when we got back around 10:30 one night and, arms full, couldn't get in the side door and had to walk around to the front lobby door. They blamed it on us for having the "sensitive cards" too close to our phone or other credit cards that may have deactivated them...both cards deactivated at the same time... held by two different people. Right! They gave us new cards.

I don't understand how the receptionist and the manager man treated us when they intended to let our family with 2 children into the room which they reported was very dirty and we had to wait the housekeeping staff cleaned the room, with hours of waiting, but the room that was supposed to be ours still wasn't finished cleaning. The hotel and rooms were excellent, and if the way the staff treated us were better our stay would have been perfect.

We arrived for checkin at 3:20 pm and our room was not ready yet. They had it ready within 30 minutes of our arrival.The room was nice and had an updated appearance. The gym and the pool were very nice.The breakfast that was served was very good.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

An employee went into my room while getting ready. Check-out was at 12:00 he walked in at 11:40. The manager lied to expedia and myself about check-out time being at 11 and not 12. I confirmed with front desk and Google that it's at 12. I heard them tells other guests the same. Manager hung up on me and then would not take my calls.

Everything was good: clean and nice rooms. Ok breakfast. One thing surprised me that the front desk associate was wearing a sweatshirt, but I guess that’s a new standard nowadays.

Honestly 10/10, I don’t have a complaint at all! Well maybe the parking space, but other than that small minor issue everything else was absolutely amazing! My kiddos loved the indoor pool for sure! And the staff is very attentive, helpful and kind :)

We checked in very late and were very happy that the room was nice and cool, blinds already drawn down for us. Breakfast was good. We went down late, and found that there was still plenty of food even with a full hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast area was clean, halls nice and clean as well.
