Staff is rude. Frontdesk Indian Ethnicity Guy 5”11” 130kg. Verbally Abusive wanted me to leave the front desk office after my check out. He wanted me to wait for my uber outside eventhough its cold. I just didnt want to argue this day coz its new year. It will ruin my day going to the airport. Poor costumer service.

The room was big and clean, there are a walk-in distance restaurant around hotel

The room was filthy, and the staff was horribly rude. nicotine running down the walls, the floors hadn't been properly mopped in ages, I saw blood and pubic hair in the bathroom bathroom looked like it had been kicked in, the baseboards were caked with stuff inside of the drawers had all kinds of debris, the microwave was filthy, the tray for my ice was burned with a thousand cigarettes Burns, the comforter was trashed, the chairs were dirty. luckily I carry cleaning supplies with me for my job so I was able to clean the room enough that I was comfortable to sleep but the staff was absolutely horrible. I asked to pay for a late check out and was unable to do so but my truck battery was dead, not only was I not allowed to run an extension cord to my truck directly in front of the room, the woman had absolutely no mercy with making me get out and stood there berating me while I moved my things out. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone no matter the budget, there are better places you can stay with people who will treat you with respect.
