Quiet area, nice roomy apartment and comfortable

We were stranded by another lodge and so booked late. How happy we were - everything was perfect - easy to get in (even though we were slightly late), friendly staff (Merlin was great), great room with stunning views and quiet. We walked into town each day. Maybe not for those wanting party central but we are older and it was great. Didn’t use the pool and bbq area but others did and it seemed good. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment that was so spacious and modern. Highly recommend. Value for money. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Friendly management.

The property was run down but still completely functional. All the apartments are completely different and extremely big. Perfect for a big family or group of friends. The property is close to shops and within walking distance to Noosa Heads which is good since parking at Noosa head is a bit of a pain.

This is a great accomodation find. Very clean, big rooms with balconies with views. Very competitive prices. Our friends and my wife and I travelled for 3 hours for a 50th and we agreed we'd definitely be back.

Blown away by the size of the apartment (5) and furnishings. Lovely hosta. Great value, great location, right near the river and walking distance to Noosa Junction and Hastings Street/Main Beach. Already planning to go back to Noosa and stay here - if available.

This was a mostly unserviced apartment, which was OK with me - except that I found it strange that the reception closed so early (4pm).

Rooms are large and clean. Pool is great as is the small private beach. The location is ideal for shops and cafes at Noosa Junction but it’s a bit of a hike to and, especially, from the Hastings Street and the main beach. Only real criticism is the numbers of locked doors you have to navigate to get around the resort and the number of signs and notices.

Loved the decor and views..found the bed a little hard, but appreciated the tv in bedrooms. Lovely place to stay....

I wouldn't market the apartment as 'luxury'. It's dated n a fresh coat of paint (lots of patches on walls) would help. We ran out of milk n coffee n had to pay a small fee for it which was disappointing. Nice views of Noosa river, spacious n quiet. Probably won't stay here again though

The rooms were all of a good size and the location very convenient, just a short walk from Hastings Street, Sunshine Junction and Noosas beaches.The only negatives we found were that the key system was quite cumbersome if you had young children and all three adults could never access the free wi fi at the same time.

Nice and clean accommodation good value for money very close to cafe's and shops

We were a group of 4 individual women friends staying at Macquarie Lodge for 8 nights and after reading some reviews, we were a bit worried about what we were booked into. However, we were very pleasantly surprised as had a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor, overlooking the river and out to sea (Apt. 35). It was exactly what we needed and we couldnt fault it in any way - large, comfortable, clean, well-kept, plenty of dishes/glasses etc., short walk to Hastings Street/main beach and an even shorter walk to Noosa Junction with supermarkets and restaurants. Pool was clean and sunny most of the day, with comfortable loungers. Staff were very helpful when we had any queries. Wi-fi was generally very good. Would highly recommend.

We found the staff to be professional, helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we were looking for. Walk to shopping centre close and easy to get to by walking. Overall experience was great for our family of 4. Definitely returning. Thank you Marlene and Graham.
