I came to Colombia for a surgery and I stayed several weeks. I have never been treated with so much respect, love, and kindness from any staff. Nothing but an amazing treatment during my stay. Thank you specially to Luz Marina, Raul, Maria Isabel, Milena, everyone for taking such great care of me.

Bathroom floor was not clean.
The AC vents were not clean.
When we were having breakfast at the floor “P”:
1) The fabric napkin was not clean.
2) Even when the buffet time frame was from 6:00 am till 10:00 am, at 9:00 am they did not refill the trays. If you want something, you need to request it, and they bring it directly to your table.
The service was terrible at the dinner time in the same floor

1. The food at the hotel was not great.
2. The shower/tube was a step up of about 2 and 1/2 feet. I am not young anymore and stepping down that far to get out of a wet shower felt sketchy.

Everything was excellent. I guess the highlight that on check-in, a lack of documentation issue ensued with Front Desk Clerk, Dana. However, she handled it very well, at the end being to comply with the hotel rules and standards, while also exercising discretion, and assuming authority to decide how to handle the situation very professionally. This young lady should be considered for management and leadership, congrats to the DC organization.
My cheers also to the security lady that cared for us upon arrival, parking and entry, and the Restaurant Personnel during breakfast. LOS FELICITO!

I hardly slept for the whole time I was there as there were people staying up all night partying, doing drugs, lasting music, even having fights and smashing things against the walls to the point where the police department had to come and argue with them. I felt very unsafe the whole time I was there then I got sick from the water, I went to the management three times to explain the circumstances and no one ordered any assistance for me and my wife to enjoy our stay and sleep in the room, feeling safe and being able to sleep at all.

Nice hotel, great location. Hotels website misleading on distance from the airport - was nearly an hour by taxi. Yelling and screaming in room next door early morning so I didn’t get enough sleep 😕
