Le studio est idéalement placé, près du centre mais au calme. L’équipement est minimaliste mais l’essentiel y est. La literie est excellente (ferme) la salle de bain propre. Très joli roof top. Place de stationnement à côté.

Le WC est petit. De l’humidité qui ne permet pas au linge de sécher (donc on se dispense de faire tourner une lessive).

An sich war die Unterkunft völlig in Ordnung. Schöne Dachterrasse und gut gelegen. Wenn die anderen unnötigen Diskussionen nicht gewesen wären und man mit gutem Bauchgefühl dort Urlaub machen könnte, wäre alles ok. 4 Punkte dafür, die ich sonst auf einen reduziert hätte.

Leider war der Kundenservice mehr als schlecht - dies trübt die Urlaubserfahrung natürlich enorm und wer sich im Urlaub nicht mit Diskussionen und Organisation rumschlagen will, sollte hier nicht buchen. Erst war das gebuchte Apartment nicht frei, sondern nur ein halb so großes. Nach längerer Diskussion wurden 40% Rabatt vereinbart. Es folgte dann keine Reaktion mehr. Nach dem Auschecken wurde dieser aus scheinheiligen Gründen auf 20% reduziert. Dies grenzt leider an Betrug und ist von Kundenzufriedenheit und schönem Urlaubsgefühl leider weit entfernt. Schade eigentlich, dass es an sowas scheitern muss. Booking hat sich aber vorbildlich verhalten und wir haben den vereinbarten Betrag erstattet bekommen.

La ubicación, la limpieza, el cuidado de los detalles. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Tenía lavadora, lavaplatos. El espacio muy buen aprovechado.

Las vistas desde la habitación y el olor de la ducha. No sé cómo funciona el microondas. :(

This place is a gem! Huge studio apartments with everything that you need including fully equipped kitchen. But best thing is the roof terrace which is massive and also has a fully equipped kitchen as well as loads of space for eating, working or relaxing and gorgeous views out to sea. The owners of the property are so nice and go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. This time I was here for a holiday but will definitely come back here for a longer stay when I am remote working

It is very well located in Cotillo near the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very modern and fresh with all facilities you need. It comes with a beautiful roof terrace with seaview. Staff very helpful and friendly.

There is nothing to complain about

El Cotillo village is simply amazing and the best in Fuerte! the apartment is 2 mins walk from the center of this small, cute fisherman village and in the most authentic part of it. Easy to find a parking lot ( for free) close to the apartment. The common terrace with the view on the ocean is perfect for the breakfast as well as for a romantic dinner! both Apartment and terrace fully equipped - nothing to buy if you plan to stay up to 5 days! We loved it⚓️❤️

nothing! the first floor was perfect since we had very heavy luggages and in March there is no so much tourism. It might be a bit noisy during the picky season…
