We had a delightful stay...

Nice room. Old style high ceilings, nice furniture. What you would expect from a nice boutique hotel. Staff very helpful with impossible tv. Not much knowledge of surrounding sites/activities. “Oh that do it yourself world”. Grrr. Parking worked out close to hotel. Noisy traffic, big trucks with Jake breaks all day, most of the night. Room a little musty due to small openings on large windows. Good breakfast and coffee, but steep price. Good location for walkable town. Awesome art throughout hotel.

Wonderful little hotel in a charming, Pueblo Magico town. Hotel was adorable and comfortable. Very well located on a charming street near many cafes, shops and restaurants. Town itself is so quaint and charming and this hotel fits in well. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Affiliated El Faro beach club very pretty and relaxing. Sadly didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa but I suspect it is fabulous.

I really didn’t want to write this review since the hotel honored my cancellation of the remaining 3 nights. Nevertheless, I feel I owe it to the travel community to share my experience. First and foremost, we were greeted by a dead cockroach on our balcony. We told the staff and while they cleaned it, nary an apology for quite frankly a grotesque find. You don’t expect that at this price point — $400 !!! We immediately initiated a cancellation request and the front desk seemed to be perturbed by it. Like WE were causing THEM an inconvenience. While we got that request, we still had to stay two nights. What else did we have in store for us? A toilet that didn’t properly flush, one trash can for the entire room, ONE robe for a 2 double bed room, a half carafe of water (no cups), no coffee machine, no ice machine, unheated pools, etc. When we poked around a bit more, all kinds of details missed - fading window panes, a loose toilet flusher, an outdated and out of place shower, and just generally not up to the standard of “boutique” hotel. The kicker? Nobody even came to clean our room the next day. Just really really really disappointing all around. I’ll end on a positive, there are two employees that should be called out as exceptional — Estrella for her actual warm welcome and attentiveness and Valeria for even seeing us on the street and greeting us with the the kind of warmth and hospitality that I have learned to love about Mexican hospitality culture!

Room was dirty

The staff was great! The two woman at checkin were kind and pleasant, I don’t take those things for granted. A unique hotel with historic charm. I felt safe and welcomed.

Most popular hotel in TS for many reasons. Great value, safe and nice appointments. Enjoy the affiliated beach club a couple miles out of town then wander the mulitple galleries near the hotel before an unforgettable sunset dinner at Mirrador.

The Hotel was beautiful and the Beach Club Gorgeous. Staff were always polite friendly and very enthusiastic. It was great being in the center of the charming town of Todos Santos and being able to take a dip in the lovely rooftop pool in the afternoons or evenings. I would love to come back!

We only stayed one night but the room was nice and comfortable, the courtyard was quiet and allowed some pleasant computer time, the location is very convenient. There was only street parking. We got lucky twice but you can see that, without luck, that can be a problem

The hotel was great. Tiny, and yet the rooms were large. The staff is awesome. Very accommodating. I wish the hotel provided a shuttle service to the beach club. It requires a $10 taxi ride to get there. Also, somehow the communication between Expedia and Guaycura broke down, so they did;t have my reservation when I got there. I only was able to stay for three nights of the four nights I booked.

Lovely hotel in a lovely town. The town was significantly farther from the beaches than I would have guessed. The beach club was beautiful and was about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel restaurant was also a 5-10 minute drive from the hotel. The restaurant looked beautiful perched on a hill above the ocean but we never ate there as it was closed one night and we felt like walking to one of the numerous nearby restaurants the other nights. My only complaints- bed could have been a little more comfortable and there is a pretty busy road going past the hotel which was right under our window.

Overpriced, no parking, noisy since is next to a major busy street, no breakfast included. Not worth 220 $ per night!

Helpful, friendly people. Hotel is charming

Such a charming hotel and right in the middle of town! I have never experienced such an attentive staff which to me colors my stay. I traveled with my little dog and she was accepted with open arms also!

Nos encantó el hotel, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la atención de primera, realmente estupenda. Vicente Baron en el hotel nos dio excelentes consejos y nos apoyó. El club de playa el Faro está muy bien y el restaurante del mirador es lindo! Comida deliciosa y uh sunset inolvidable. Roberto nos atendió muy bien y probamos ricos vinos!

I loved the architecture of the place throughout.

El Hotel confunde como si fuera un hotel de Playa, tanto por el nombre como por las fotos. El hotel no está en la Playa, hay que trasladarse 10 minutos en coche hacia un club de playa con el que tienen convenio

Hard product... room, grounds and area... 5 Soft product... staff, food and bar... 2 It was an anniversary trip which they knew and not one staff member said anything..... let along a glass of wine or a candy. Pretty place that needs a staff redo.

Nice hotel in a nice town.

We loved the hotel, rooftop bar and pool, and the beach was fantastic! The food at the beach and the rooftop bar was was delicious. We had a problem with hot water in our room and they happily moved us to another room. We would definitely stay there again!

Charming hotel in Todos Santos within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We only stayed here for one night but wish we had stayed longer. Check in was easy and our room was perfect. The bathroom was huge and everything was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice place. The location was perfect, you could walk everywhere. The rooms were beautiful and the service was great.
