The parking spaces are too small and difficult to access due to narrow lane.

Average in all respects and I would look at staying next time in Prince George. I did need laundry as this was a 2 week work trip but none on property. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice. I believe they said they are renovating next year, and new laundry will be part of the reno.

Our room was spacious, well-suited for our long stay, with a sitting room, mini kitchen and large spacious bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains kept the light out. Staff were very courteous and friendly.

Dirty food in fridge left from previous tenants,sliding glass door had no way to lock it,put in another room same problem with sliding glass door,hallways dirty, room not that clean,coffee was disgusting waste of time making it ..when told at the desk about everything they were less than concerned,won’t be back.

They tried to blame Expedia for all changes they gave our room away before we got there and said it’s your fault not hotel I called in and changed it before we came

didnt ike the wifi set-up and no coffee choices. beds were very short. im 5' 10" and barely had enough mattress.

Overall, it's a decent place to stay. I'd give it 3.5/5 stars if Expedia would allow this rating. The thing to know is that once you get past the lobby, the whole place is run down. The kitchen suite I had was appreciated, but again rundown. The marble counter is badly marked up, stained and separated at the junctions with a very amateurish attempt at repair. The room was relatively clean but there was yellowish grime stuck on bathroom door. The bathroom wood trim is badly deteriorated from humidity and water contact. The gym is badly in need of investment, with equipment that is I would estimate ~20 years old and low quality to begin with. There is a "24 hour" GoodLife Fitness next door, which isn't open 24 hours. On weekends it currently closes at 7pm. There is no laundry facility which is surprising for a hotel of this size. Front desk staff seemed friendly and competent.

The staff at check-in was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time staying here. And I will return.

No luggage trolly Broken card readers in fire escapes. Could not get onto room floors No access to freezers for perishables ( I know this is not a service described but many hotels do help with this) Major delay in registering. Unsure if it was an Expedia or sandman error

On line booking did not allow for pet option when choosing my room, had to confirm upon arrival. No free breakfast.

Really lovely new-ish overnight business hotel. Spacious modern rooms, luxurious beds, solid little gym and pool/hot tub. Best of all dog friendly. If they added a basic complimentary breakfast it would be perfect. Pricing is a little steep for passing through Prince George.

Checking went as usual, stand in line and wait.We were expecting a microwave in the room and brought things for breakfast.Room smelled funny and had no microwave.Called the front desk and explained the weird smell, they said they’d move us.Online kitchenette was cheaper so I said can we have one, they said they could for $20 more.Room we got was better for us, safe didn’t work, microwave had a fatal error, tap in bathroom sink completely soaked the room and the operator, 200 psi, no cloth for the sink or soap, nobody explained the need to put the thing on the door for service, so we didn’t get any of that either.Wont be going back…..

Was good except at 3 am till 630 am people jumping and banging on the floor above us. When we turned bathroom fan on smelt like dope
