Very nice hotel with excellent hospitality

Very disappointing. Awful room decor. Looks better on pictures.Flimys furniture, dirty and stained lamp shades. Very uncomfortable bed with mattress's springs poking when sleeping. Service was good thought.Breakfast was average but if you attend breakfast one hours before end of service you might have reduced options.Considare yourself unlucky. 4 stars for locations but this not a four star experience. It is a quirky boutique hotel some of the rooms might be fabulous but the one l got was far from that.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a very warm welcome. Room was clean and comfortable with great design, parking was very easy and the location is really good.

Only bed was nice design and convienent. Other-promises in home page and rather unpretty staff. Magazines in reception-nice, but covered with dust.

Hotel was amazing, very friendly. Car parking was awful due to city road closures, not the hotels fault but be aware if you are driving.

Second stay at City Solei Boutique Hotel for us - last time was 3 years ago. We just love this hotel. Great and exitingly decorated rooms, great location and great service. And felt super safe and clean during the corona pandemic,

Uniqie design and really friendly and welcoming staff

Cute boutique hotel close to the old town of Poznan. Each room is decorated differently which, of course, adds to its charm. Staff is quite helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

W O W This hotel is probably the best I have been in a long time! The service and the attention to details is amazing. The little messages in the morning with the weather forecast and what’s on in the city, the handwritten check in note, the little snacks and fruit in the lobby and so much more! We checked in late at night and the following morning one of the receptionist recognised us in the street and greater us with a warm smile. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Poznan. Thank you!

This hotel was an exceptional value. I would recommend it for couples and business travelers, although in watching two young families at breakfast, the hotel provided exceptional service for them as well. We had an issue with the heat in our room, but the hotel staff was promptly responsive and provided excellent service. All of the rooms are "themed" (we were in Kyoto) which provides an interesting twist. The personal touches are what made the stay especially nice, including the welcome card and the books and maps in the room on what to do in Poznan. I must note that if you stay, absolutely make sure to have breakfast at the hotel-- it delivers its value ten times over. It was likely the best breakfast arrangement we had in Poland and we had many of them. Although the location is a bit off the main square, the extra few blocks walk is well worthwhile if you are touristing the area-- you are still within very short walking distance of all the main sights and the Cathedral is a very short distance away. Uber is an option from the train station. The neighborhood is excellent and there is a market right around the corner.

Loved the hotel so much. The staff were so Friendly and helpful. The uniqueness of each room only adds to the stay. The personal touch is what matters and I have never felt it more in a hotel than at city solei

This hotel is a real gem, beautifully designed room with special attention to little details that make a wonderful stay. a wonderful welcoming staff, attentive to each and every request. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we'll definitely be back!

We have spent 2 nights in the Solei Boutique Hotel, at the Norway room. The hotel looks fine, have a great location and nearby parking. The check-in and check-out was super fast! The main problem was that every morning we were woken up at 8 am, because the isolation of the room is poor and we could hear every move and every word of cleaning ladies.

We loved this hotel! Great location between the Old Town and Cathedral Island - a 5 minute walk to each. Excellent service, outstanding breakfast, unique decor. And a few little surprises along the way that made us smile.

Charming boutique hotel, with funky themed rooms, in a perfect location just outside of the city center. Super comfortable beds! Tasty small buffet or a la carte breakfast (not included). Will definitely stay here again when in Poznan,.

An unusual room which made the stay interesting. Staff very friendly and well able to speak in English. Several nice touches. Breakfast was of a good quality. A lot of attention to detail. Have already recommended this hotel and if visiting Poznan again would certainly stay again!

This is a great hotel within walking distance of most of the sights of Poznan. The hotel is clean and the breakfast really lovely. And the staff couldn't be nicer.

Perfect hotel for this quick one night in Warsaw. Best bed we have slept in , in any hotel to date ! Would recommend to anyone wanting a good night's rest.
