Location and easy access.

Dirty floors. Only 1 small duvet for 2 adults and a child on a bouble bed and 2 pillows. I was unable to use kettle if there is one because there's no adapters. No washing up soap or cleaning cloths or mops. No wifi details in the second room we stayed. This is our experience for all 3 rooms we stayed in. No reply from property about issues. Tv's don't work. Window couldn't open, and the room was stuffy. Smelled of smoke, and there was no aircon.

Close to train station, airport, shops and friends.

We booked for 3 but only got 1 bed and towels for 2. No dish cloths or dish soap or mop, nor kettle.

Checking in was easy

It was not clean. There were no towels. Kitchen stuff was missing, e.g. a lid. Emergency number was not answered. First day we did not get towels. Incredibly bad service and experience.

The location is very nice near Oerlikon station. Many restaurants nearby. Bus stop nearby. We did not expect but got a top floor apartment with a balcony facing the backside.

Some strange smell in the apartment which went away after keeping the balcony door open for sometime. TV was not working. Wifi not reliable.

Great location for access to Oerlikon station And the Enzian Bakery on the corner of the street is really good!

Really lacking in basic facilities for a short stay - e.g. no washing up liquid to able to wash the dishes. And then a random selection of kitchen equipment, e.g. there was a colander but no saucepan...

It was close to the train station.

The room smelled weed.

- Smoke smell in the room - Stained curtains - Very poor cleaning (hair in the fridge and dirty surfaces)

In the start they provided very small room in which we spend 1 night and it was different room than in picture. Later they change the room which was better than previous.

The room was not clean! That was the worst thing besides others.

Check in is super fast with the contactless option

Is not I didn’t like it but to take in consideration there were nothing to clean or wash the dishes. I thought the kitchenette was fully equipped but that was missing. The rest of it was ok!

It is situated about 3 minutes walking distance away from the Oerlikon Railway Station. The check-in process was smooth & the room key was obtained from the lockbox. We got a room on the 2nd floor & it was clean. The property had an elevator to access the room. The room was equipped with an electric cooker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator & a television. It had adequate heating and we were able to adjust the level of heating. The bathroom had hot water, amenities (soap, shampoo) and towels.

The outside street was noisy
