This apartment is on the 13th floor of a tall narrow block iIn a side street just off the main corniche coastal road. It has excellent views over the sea and harbour, but is above the traffic noise so it’s quiet. Internally there’s a spacious open plan living area with two comfy sofas, a dinning table and kitchen, and there’s a good size bathroom and two separate bedrooms each with twin beds. The place is in good condition and quite well equipped. (though there’s no washing machine). There’s a large rather rough and ready parking lot across the road.

No towels provided initially - very inconvenient for international travellers, though this was quickly put right. There was also some confusion about the cost of parking, which we initially thought was free but ended up costing LE50 per day. But these are really very minor quibbles.

elevator somehow small and not fast ,but no problem with us however not appropriate for handicapped. rooms and bathroom not ventilated but air conditioning is good option.

It was such a great experience. the place is clean and neat with an absolutely stunning view that captures the true feeling of Alexandria just like the pictures, 13 floors in front of the sea. The supermarkets, restaurants and banks are nearby. The area is safe, calm and relaxing. The building tower with 2 elevators, there is no possibility that an elevator will not be available. The apartment also had a good Wifi & parking slots. All the family had a good time. The owner is such a professional and helpful guy, Thanks Mohammed for the great time and hospitality :) I highly recommend this place!

The elevator and stairs were so narrow thus safety concerns are available in case of emergency, (electricity cut off, fire, extra)

-Mr. Mohamed the owner is very decent and helpful. -The location is exceptional it is near to almost everything - The facility is clean and well organized. -will go there again for sure

Location.

Elevator is too small, NO AC in the living area, old Bed sheets and not clean at all, Insects problem. NO WiFi

1-Balcony sea view 2- The staff 3- overall cleanliness

1-Wifi and cellular network are not working well 2- Needs maintenance and some renovation but not major
