Le personnel à l'accueil est très content et à l'écoute. Le restaurant aussi est à recommander. Décoration élégante, service de qualité, choix de menu raffiné et prix très correct.

Das Bett sowie die Größe des Hotelzimmers waren in Ordnung. Das konnte aber den Gesamteindruck nicht verbessern...

Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. Völliger Müll! Offene Dusche und PVC-Belag aus den 70ern, wo man beim Duschen das komplette Badezimmer flutet und das Wasser aufgrund des beschädigten Belages auch schön unter den Belag läuft. Wie es darunter ausschaut, kann man dann erahnen... Dazu ist das Badezimmer noch ein bisschen höher, so dass das Wasser auch schön ins Hotelzimmer laufen kann. Das Frühstück war ebenso eine Zumutung. Das Rührei an beiden Tagen noch flüssig, der Bacon schon kalt, einfach widerlich. Auch sonst wenig Abwechslung bzw Auswahl. Einzig und allein das Brot war top. Den Spa-Bereich hatten wir nicht genutzt, die Benutzung hätte noch einmal extra gekostet. Das generelle Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war völlig inakzeptabel. Wir haben über 300,- Euro pro Übernachtung bezahlt. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern irgendwo so schlecht für so einen Preis übernachtet zu haben. Ich bin normalerweise sehr zurückhaltend mit negativen Bewertungen, aber sowas geht wirklich gar nicht!

They were friendly, everything was clean and comfortable.

When you choose it as spa hotel you don’t have access to spa area and what is even worse you should somehow know that you need to make reservation, so maybe you are ready to pay but you can’t , no space for you.

The access to the athletic facility was much appreciated.

The hotel said that they were right by the tram station. A 15 min walk in the dark is not right by the train station. Lights are needed. A shuttle is needed.

Nice Spa area.

Blocked money on my card as deposit, where unable to contact their bank and insisted that it is a problem of my bank although it happened with other customers before. Really sad, because when we stayed there they where quite nice.

This hotel advertise the pool and fitness but actually people below 18 are banned from these facilities. we selected this hotel especially for these facilities and in the end our teens couldn’t even go to the gym or pool and were very disappointed. And the staff of the hotel was extremely aggressive about it and acted as it it was obvious that teens cannot go, while this is mentioned nowhere in the website. And same for the spa, “children/teens” are banned except 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon- very difficult to accommodate in our schedule.

Some off the staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately that was not the case for all of them.

I was located in the old part of the hotel the bathroom was very old and not clean. It was very difficult to get a drink at the bar as the staff had to cover both restaurant and bar. They closed the bar earlier than announced opening hours and did not want to serve anymore if you complained about that. The breakfast was not good, old bread, not much choice of food.

very expensive for the room I received , too much noise at night carries up from the bar area through the lift , my bed was right on the wall where the noise ended , in a special needs room I did not request ,

The bathroom was not properly clean so we had to ask for another room The receptionist gave us the invoice after we insisted a few times on the motive that i made the reservation thru booking and should ask on the apl Breakfast a bit poor, they had no fresh fruits for a 4* hotel

Exterior and interior were underwhelming, room dirty. Spa access only with speedo like pants that you need to buy extra on top of the entry fee. Spa isnt worth the money. Look of hotel and design is generally old/outdated. Mostly no English amongst service employees. Breakfast selection basic. Not coming back.
