This property is located in the beautiful historic centre of Montpellier and very easy to walk to places of interest. It’s a spotlessly clean, cosy property with everything you need for a perfect stay. We loved everything about Le Chapeau Rouge-Corum. When it was hot we found the air conditioning, when it was cold there were comfy blankets. Just steps from fantastic cafes, short walks to museums and parks. Delicious coffee, tea kettle, Wi-Fi. Great markets and patisseries just around the corner. Coming home to this lovely apartment every time was a joy.

Super well equipped - generously furnished with attention to little details like a variety of spices, oil and vinegars in kitchen for very cosy stay.

Everything was amazing

The apartment was really quirky & the use of such a small space was fantastic. The bed was really comfy & had plenty of fresh air. It was in a terrific location as far as restaurants etc. Our host was very friendly & helpful in his communications.

The apartment was probably a bit far from the train station, however transport back to it was easy to navigate.

The host was responsive. The information given by the host was accurate and comprehensive, and very helpful. The location was ideal, very central, but quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, excellent coffee machine and a thoughtful supply of basic provisions, e.g. coffee, tea, condiments etc The bed was very comfortable.

An excellent stay, perfect central location with a well laid out apartment ideal for a city break. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with toiletries, kitchen utensils even tea and coffee and water in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable as were the sofas and the shower was powerful. It was amazing to have such a quiet and relaxing stay even though we were in the middle of a busy city. Due to its location we were able to walk everywhere, plenty of small bars/food stalls/restaurants nearby and major landmarks and streets only around 10/15 minute walk away. Our host was easy to reach and was in contact to provide access details and was really helpful when we arrived early. Overall a superb find and we hope to return!

The shower I believe was the cause of this mildew smell so we had to keep the window open to sleep. Also the WiFi went out the final night, but it wasn't that big of an issue.

Perfect location, attractive and well designed

Lack of air con is an issue and the lack of an oven may be a downside for some.

Location is fantastic, on the edge of the historic center, restaurants in stumbling distance and everything within a 15 / 20 walk. Ronan the host was super communicative, the lock box for the keys was easy to manage and the apartment was spacious and well furnished and equipped except for one thing...

There is no air conditioning. If you're visiting outside the summer months (or when France is suffering a heatwave as it was when we were there) then this place is fantastic, but without air conditioning it was just way too hot - tough to get a through breeze and a single fan wasn't great. We could have used better directions to the parking - the GPS mapped us in via a restricted route and it got kinda frustrating also at 20 euros for the night you need to factor that in to the total cost.

The location is close to the tram station and therefore easy to get to with heavy luggage. Additionally, it's right in the heart of the old town with everything easily accessible. We had great service throughout.

No air conditioning which was difficult as couldn’t open window because of a smell from the cats in courtyard. There was a fan which helped but difficult if your there in the summer. I imagine it would be fine in the cooler months. Great location for seeing the city. And bars and restaurants. No parking but we found free parking just a 10 min walk away.
