The check-in and check-out are great! I came late in night and owner waited for us in front of apartment. We left just leaving keys inside. Access is by elevator. The apartment is very big: 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and one baby crib, big main entrance hall and a second one smaller serving 2 of bedrooms, one small bathroom with shower and second one very big with double vanity, bathtub and bidet (!!). The living room is very big and entrance is from main hall and has internet wifi router and satellite TV with many channels. Kitchen is big and has all necessary appliances: vitroceramic stove and electric oven, fridge with small freezer, dish washer and washing machine, cafee maker, toaster, standalone microwave oven. There is a quite big supermarket nearby, SolMar, ar 2 minutes walking. Also, at walking distance, it is there a restaurant where you can have grill (full chicken, pork ribs, fish, octopus, etc) just cross the SolMar parking, pass the car dealers and the cemetery and next to it is "Radio Popular" courtyard. The restaurant is in the middle of first building. Don't get confused, it is not a fancy restaurant!

I'm somehow confused. I loved the days spend and I loved the apartment BUT there are thing needed to be updated. The bathrooms didn't have exhausting fans; some outdoors blinds didn't work; ventilation outlets in living were blinded; the kitchen needs some upgrades (no hood for stove, old and used furniture BUT ok!); big humidity inside and cold (no heating source or A/C); due to humidity there was a smell (like mold); some walls need repairs. Another thing is about the parking. It is free parking (most of parking places on island are free, except center of Ponta Delgada) but it is risky: you may not find any close to location. Do not park overnight at SolMar parking!

Great apartment with large rooms

Needed some small repairss. Shutter was broken on one window.

A small detail, but functioning and location of the wall switches was not intuitive for me, I often turned on a different light than I thought I was turning on ;)

It's a superb Apartment, close to the supermarket and 15 minutes to the center. The facilities is clean, comfortable and fully functional with the equitment provided. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Appartment is good, big, supermarket very close. Near the Ponta Delgada and nearby main roads.

Pillows need to be change. Needs a kettle to boil water. Crib did not have any sheets, only mattresse protection. There was a duvet to put above mattresse, but too hot for baby. On the info book in the appartment said that there was a welcome basket with local food in the kitchen, but nothing was there.
