The room is spotless and spacious, including a fridge and kettle. The shower was large and everything was very comfortable. Before booking I read complaints of the train and road but we didn’t find this disruptive in the slightest - if the window is closed you can hardly hear a thing!

It’s right off the highway so if you’re walking just be careful, otherwise no complaints! It was a great stay out of the city.

The bed wasn’t too bad

I wouldn’t have complained about only receiving one bath towel when we were clearly listed as a family, or that the shower flooded the entire bathroom and spilled out into the bedroom, but we woke up to ants all over the dresser and bathroom floor, even in some of our items…this to me was worth complaining about. I escalated through Booking.com, and the property took zero accountability and denied the existence of ants. We spent the morning shaking out our belongings…I’d have no reason to lie about that and neither myself nor my husband imagined it. We had our three month-old daughter with us…these conditions were especially concerning on account of her presence. I am thankful she slept in our bed and not in a cot…who knows if we would have woken up to ants on our daughter in the morning. It was extremely insulting that the property denied our claims…very very not okay.

Shower is wonderful! Easy check in. Bern is close by.

Facilities are good.

Difficult to reach via public transport.
