It's wasn't fair from the centre and it was clean with detergent and tea etc to make it feel homely. Very spacious.

Three great nights, excellent apartments, everything for a fantastic stay. Beautiful location, decent breakfasts, and a good menu on the first floor. Excellent communication between the client and the manager, everything is to the point, clear, nothing unnecessary.

With the balcony open, it's a bit noisy at night.

New and modern

Neither oven or microwave had been cleaned Missing welcome pack of coffee tea sugar milk. Did have some odd opened ones from previous guests but didn’t have milk, coffee No fire safety instructions No instructions for equipment- air conditioning, TV, cooker, microwave etc: Dirty marks on walls and settee which was a shame being a new apartment Was told apt was top of the list for cleaning as I would be arriving early. Moving in time is by 3pm. At 3pm still wasn’t ready and I had to go upstairs to see why.

keine Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächste öffentliche Parkgarage war ca 800m entfernt auf dem Bett waren mehrere schwarze lange Haar zu finden Jedes mal, wenn die Toilettenspühlung im Geschoss über uns benutzt wurde, entstand ein sehr lautes Klopfen in den Rohrleitungen! Ohne telefonsiche Kontaktaufnahme wären wir nicht in das Appartment gelangt

Apartment was very modern and very well equipped. Was within easy walking distance to Eastern Beach. Convenient for catching buses. Convenience store (Risso's) was within easy walking distance. Lady at reception desk was very helpful. Nice TV entertainment available. Host was very helpful via Booking.com message system and replied promptly.

Website said mountain view - there is no nearby mountain view. Sea view was very limited. Lap top safe not big enough for my laptop. But, otherwise, we were happy. Not all the on demand TV internet channels were available.

Absolutely fantastic start to finish. Walter was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment easy access the owner went out of his way to make it easy we got into the apartment early as the owner had Informed us it was ready which was a great bonus had every thing you could ask for to make it a lovely stay loved it .

The balcony was not for me as it was in the 14 th floor and it had a glass panel . you could see the sea and airport which was really nice they was building work going on around so it was dusty but to be honest it did not effect us one bit

The E1 building is in easy walking distance of the airport and Eastern Beach – so ideal location! The apartment is very well equipped to an excellent standard and has everything you need for your stay. Just bring your clothes! There is also a bar/cafe on the ground floor that serves a good choice of food and drink. Local buses (Nos 4 & 8) also stop close by, so access to City centre is fairly easy. Communicatiuon with our host Walter was excellent and details on directions and gaining access and keys codes was faultless. An excellent base for a holiday/stay in Gibraltar in a great location!

Everything was to a great standard - our only observation was that a welcome pack or some advice information of the local area would have been helpful. Not a problem - just something that may help future travellers.

first and foremost, Walter is a super host. The apartment has everything you need. Bed is super comfy. Close to Eastern Beach, which they are preparing for the summer and a 10/15 min walk to Ocean Village and Casemates. We will definitely be back!

only two towels, which is fine for a 2 night stay but I’d suggest another two for more than that

Ultra modern. Clean. Washer/dryer. Bus going to town center every 15 minutes. No front desk/self service but security guard was very helpful.

Washer/dryer was one unit, not separate units. Clothes came out a little damp, but they had small erectable dying rack that you could hang clothes. Not problem, glad for clean clothes.

Fantastic appartment, in a brand new building (not even on satellite image or google street view yet). Great location, only a ten-fifteen minute walk from Casemates Square, and the same distance from the airport, and a five minute walk from Eastern Beach. Bus stops right outside too if you'd prefer; but bring cash as they only accept exact change. Lots of development work going on around at the moment but the balcony doors cancel out the sound well. Everything we used worked brillliantly, including the two air-con units. Balcony overlooks the runway and the sea which is fun. Very modern appartment with everything you need provided. We packed general toileteries but didn't need them in the end as they were all provided. Some food also stocked in cupboards (sauce, oil, frozen peas). Host very responsive through the messenger system and polite and informative, happy to help with queries about the E1 Spa which is in the basement of the building. This costs extra but well worth it if you have time.

Balcony tiles not yet grouted, so watch out for a little wobble and be careful on there. Though I presume that's just because the building is so new so it'll probably be sorted by the time the next guests are welcomed. Noisy atmostphere in morning on balcony due to building works on the next development, however this is nothing E1 or host can control and did not detract from the view or warm sunshine.

Everything we needed, clean and comfortable

Hot water tank was t big enough for more than one good shower- though the shower was lovely!

Great location for the beaches on the east side. Easy walk from the airport and not too far for all the bars and restaurants.

A lot of construction work in the area but that did not spoil our trip.

The flat is brand new, you can see the beach and the airport from your balcony and it s really close from the airport and the main street. You won't hear noises of any kind and there is everything you need to cook even if we didn't make use of the kitchen. The bed is comfortable and there are 2 TVs with netflix, Disney+ etc (obviously you access with your own account), the WiFi works perfectly, Walter is really helpful and provides clear instructions on how to get the keys, WiFi password, check in and check out instructions. Soft bath towels and good shower. It looks even better then the pictures!

Everything was stunning, it's one of the best flats we've ever stayed in and we'd definitely book it again

everything was well thought out. Walter had provided everything we could need for the stay and it was incredibly comfortable. a great location for a walk out and for the beautiful sites.

The apartment l was lovely and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were beautiful. There was a lovely Italian cafe up the road that did a wonderful breakfast very cheap too. There is a small convenience store too. Great communication with the owner of the flat who was helpful.

We found the location good, but it is a long walk into the main square (maybe 20 minutes). Also, we did run out of hot water quite fast, so the second person couldn’t shower.
