The check in was super easy and she was really sweet. Rooms were clean we did stay in a pet friendly room with our fur baby, it didn't smell like animal which was really nice. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel Breakfast, hot and tasty.

Nothing is maintained apparently and every room we got swapped in and out of had issues from plumbing to faulty smoke detectors and just generally unclean.

While the hotel is older the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good and included made to order omelettes. The server/cook was very friendly and attentive. The outdoor pool area was wonderful except not open due to time of year.

My family of three stayed one night on our road trip. After a long drive, we rested in our comfortable first floor room with comfortable beds and a sliding glass door that opened to the outside patio with a serene view of green landscape and a a glimpse of the pool nearby. Just sorry that we didn’t use the pool as we were in a hurry to leave the next morning. Definitely will stay again.

Check in was slow, manager almost ignored me to help a “help” a trainee take care of a customer who came in after I did. Unprofessional.

It is a 2 story hotel without an elevator, so we requested a first floor room. We faced a large truck stop gas station & the hotel truck parking. Very loud! The beds were very hard & uncomfortable. We ate at the restaurant on prpoerty & it was expensive with few options & substandard food.

When we arrived into our room, the bathroom trash had not been emptied and it was fulled of used ladies materials. Also, the towels were amess. The guy at the front desk came and cleaned, but it definitely did not start out the experience on the right foot. The guy that came to clean didn't bring fresh towels, so we got more from the front desk. The bed felt like some sheets on plywood. The curtains didn't block light. We heard the neighbors pretty easily. Overall, a really poor experience. The app is unfortunately not allowing me to upload photos to show how much light the curtains let in in the morning.

This hotel has such a friendly staff. All staff from the front desk to the restaurant spoke to guest and were genuinely engaged in conversations. The rooms are extremely clean, and the landscape was beautiful. You can relax at night by the pool or from your balcony and enjoy the fresh air.

This is a decent next-to-the-freeway Best Western. Room was very clean, surprisingly quiet, and the front desk staff was very nice .
The bed was comfy too.

This is a multiple building complex that are only 2 stories. There were elevators so be prepared if your on the second floor. This seems like it was renovated maybe 10 years ago. Not super outdated but not top of line which is fine given the pricing. Breakfast had a decent variety though it was extremely unclean which items had allergens and the staff member seemed confused by the question. Unfortunately half of our party was unable to eat anything due to the uncertainty of which foods would have been safe to consume.

Great price for convenient location. Friendly staff. The breakfast attendants were very cheery and helpful with everyone. There was a very positive vibe from the moment I checked in until I left. Comfortable room and bed too!

Was not impressed with this BestWestern. We picked this hotel because it had a good write up but.... there was mold in the bathroom, the AC didn't really work great either. We told the front desk.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and preparation of the food at this Grill.
I enjoyed the Northwest Salad for dinner. I found the salmon to perfectly cooked, a very pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. I was also impressed with the breakfast, the scrambled eggs were tender and accented with Cheddar. The entire breakfast bar was carefully maintained by Sumit who attentively greeted and assisted all. I learned that Sumit had prepared my dinner the night before and that the hotel and restaurant are a family affair.
I was a very pleasant stay.

No hot water for taking a shower. I went to the front desk and they said they would request a repair but never happened in my 3 night stay

The bed in our room was very hard and my husband and i both woke up with back pain. Our room was 206. I hope that the next time we stay we'll have a different experience.
