It's a warm place to stay, for the last couple cold nights. They provided nightly smores for the kids,and 24/7 coffee which is 10/10 for me. But I foubd the breakfast lacking. I was looking for the usual fake eggs I get from other hotels as part pf the free AM breakfast. The rooms are dated and can use more cleaning unders the sink, in the bathrooms, tubs and sink. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet more with thos hotel compared to the rest we've stayed at.

We stayed in the off season so it wasn’t very busy. We liked that we could walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants. The free breakfast is continental with a rather limited selection…but it was free.

It was wonderful, we’ve stayed 8 times over the last few years and always choose gray wolf. There added extras like s’mores and teas are so nice.

Our room was super clean. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. Plenty of towels, coffee, creamer, etc. Even the remote was in a little clean bag with sanitizer packets near by.

I am really picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness. Overall it was good, I am just not a huge fan of carpet in a hotel which most all of them have it. The pool area is great for kids. We loved how they had smore's stuff out at night to go use on the fire up front. It is right outside the entrance to Yellowstone which is also awesome.

Good, basic double queen room. Clean and nice hotel. Good breakfast. Very busy throughout the hotel though, (at least during our stay).

I have stayed at a nearby hotel twice before and decided to try something different. Not worth the $30 savings. Front manager acted bothered upon check in. Put into a handicap room and had not chosen that on Hotels.com. Did not match the photos. Was told no other rooms were available. Room is very dated, light flickers, carpet worn. Room was clean. Beds were horrible - the big ‘ol dip in the middle.

The gentleman at checkout had an attitude. He seemed to be bothered by our presence. He made us feel very unwelcome. Also, the bathroom was not clean. I doubt we will stay here again.

Comfortable bed and roomy accommodations. Nice little extras including ice cream cups in the evenings and s’mores making packets to use by the cozy firepit. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

Bus tours meant the breakfast was often in need of replenishment which was slow in coming. Even something like coffee was in short supply. There were no spoons one morning. This was definitely not worth the money.

I'm pretty sure the room had not been cleaned. We did have to clean both the kitchen and bathroom upon arrival. It was pretty disgusting. Aside from that everything was fine.

There was so much to like about this property. The town is not big so restaurants and shopping are all walkable. Being located across from the Wolf discovery center means hearing wolves at night! Proximity to the Yellowstone west entrance is ideal. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The location offers ice cream in the afternoons and smores in the evening as well as breakfast. Laundry is available free for guests and the beds were clean and comfortable. Our group was all on the same floor, which made it very convenient. This was my first time to West Yellowstone and it won't be my last. We plan to return here soon!

Very close to Yellowstone entrance. A bit pricey for what you pay for. Nice to have a kitchen and 24hrs coffee/fruit, Smore social etc, but quite pricey for more than 400/night

Our suite was clean, but the entire facility was dated and needs a facelift. The garbage disposal in the kitchen did not work. The exterior of the building was old. The breakfast area was small and not enough tables to accommodate everyone, the food was adequate, but could have been better.

We loved being able to hear the wolves at the education center across the street howl in the evening and morning. The s'mores were a nice touch and the staff was friendly and helpful too. The pool was too cool for comfort and the breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Great proximity to restaurants and the park entrance - very convenient.

For the amount I paid I was sadly dissapointed. Our bathroom was kind of gross. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was mold growing behind the backsplash.
The breakfast was lackluster and messy. We stayed 2 days and on the second morning we didn’t even bother going to it. I guess I was just expecting nicer for the price.

We have asked them to do the room service but nobody did it. We went to the front desk twice and asking for clean towels and shampoos. Eventually, some body sent to us at 9 pm. They told us that they will compensate us but when I checked out nobody mentioned it.

It was a great location to visit Yellowstone. Being located in in center of the park. I was able to see the whole area with in a days drive.
