Great location, friendly staff, spacious room with a fully equipped small kitchen, great facilities. Great for a short stay. However, the mattresses of the 2 pullout beds desperately need a replacement. I could feel every single spring on my ribs at night.

We were looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay, easy to get to, for an overnight stay on our travels. This checked all of the boxes.

Great place, excellent location in the village. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Room was clean and updates had been made. The only negative was the bathroom sink would not drain properly so filled up when trying to wash up. Also, 2 of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work so if you ran the coffee machine then you had to plug in the toaster and kettle in the bathroom area.

Hotel needs to improve in communicating info hotel services and surrounding areas like parking rates in area not only their own. I got info from another hotel; customer service lacks in giving info like hotel facilties (time etc); wifi password arent discussed though its presumed in the card other hotels has a printed info to inform their clients about hotels -all info needed I'm disappointed that such info I need to call therice just to learn its in the card given-clients travel hours and sometimes giving such info outright is helpful-not presuming that they would know- we travelled 2.5 hrs just to get to hotel and giving this info is better than presumption- I gave my feedback in written form too-

The Whistler Village Inn is in a great location, just 2 minutes walk from the centre of the village.
We were upgraded to a queen loft, which was nice for additional space, but the loft bedroom means you have to go up and down the stairs to go to the bathroom.
We had a full kitchen which was useful, however our room; 263, was located over the Keg restaurant which has a DJ and loud music until 2am every night. That made it difficult to get to sleep.
There was a supermarket nearby for provisions and many restaurants.
The property is close to all of the attractions.

Great staff!!! Went beyond my expectations. Check in and check out very smoothly. Facilities just average. Pool kinda on the cold side. Wifi in room wasn’t very good. But overall was a good stay. Hotel convenient to the village.

Overall it was really good. Nice and clean . Staff was very friendy. Just one thing that they should provide thick and extra blankets in the room as it gets very cold at night and one blanket is not enough.

Stayed for one night, the room was clean and ready upon arrival. Parking overnight was safe, they had their own parking garage that you do have to pay for a night, but it was fine. The area was near all the shops and restaurants, so everything was absolutely walkable. Would opt to stay again in the future!

We had a loft suite and it was ideal. Everything was in good order and the location was perfect for exploring the Village.

Overall I would say that the hotel was ok there was one employee who was served us around 10:00 pm (young male). We appreciate him (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). The couch as well as the carpet had stains. There was also a smell in the room.

The room was stinky, when asked if the had deoderizer or cleaning spray they said they didn’t have any, the heater front panel was broken off, there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, patch work on walls to hide damage
