Enjoyed our stay. Will choose this one again. The only issue was that our room was near the entrance to the building so everytime someone left or came in the door closing made a loud noise enough to disturnmb us.

Safe and Quiet Convenient

Everythis if perfectly fine, except the flush of the toilet is extremely loud 😂

Everything about this property was just perfect for our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodative. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable to get a good nights rest after an extended day of driving and activities. It is also conveniently located close to shopping centers and eateries. I highly recommend this property.

The location was convenient and the staff was great. I would have liked to have had a box of Kleenex in the bathroom but otherwise everything was good.

Amanda at the Front Desk was amazing. When our group went to check-in there was a problem with the internet as well as some other internal systems and she juggled the large group trying to check-in as well as the tech issues with aplomb. The hotel location is great, right off the freeway with a number of food options and a groc nearby. There’s decent parking and the area is relatively safe and walkable. Where there are a few dings, the bed was up REALLY high for some reason, there’s no water in the room, the tv is really small and at a weird angle from the bed (King room, first floor) and clearly their tech infrastructure. The AC also wasn’t fantastic. It worked but made the room incredibly humid. Overall I’d stay here again but it’s definitely not at what I would consider even a business level room since it lacked quite a few amenities.

Nice, comfy rooms

I called prior to arrival letting Holiday Inn know of our late check-in. We arrived around 1130pm. Got settled by 2am. About to climb in bed until I uncovered a stained sheet. It was unsettling to see it. I pulled one of the sheets to cover the stain and it appeared the stain was dry. Still, I kept the top sheet over it so I wouldn't come in contact with the stain while sleeping. I let the desk personnel know about it and showed photos. He said sorry, and they'd find out who was responsible for cleaning the room prior to our arrival. The day we checked out, I again let another desk personnel know about the stain. He said something in the manner of "it's because we do not change sheets on certain days." Huh???? Excuse me but isn't it standard to clean, change sheets, setup new towels, etc, and get the room ready for new arrivals regardless of the day? I also do not know why there were zero lights in the area where the coffee, fridge, and microwave were located. We had to tilt the desk lamp to provide light. Smh.

The staff was amazing, especially Jesse. They all went beyond what was expected to be helpful and very, very friendly. Every one of them was a breath of fresh air in this day and age.

Lovely room and very clean and airy. I had to go to Lompoc for a memorial service so it was a good place to be under the circumstances.

We stayed in 3 hotels this trip. Lompoc was the quietest and the nicest. The breakfast was good and the ladies at the desk were friendly.
