Friendly English speaking staff, the rooms are basic but comfortable, a good flow hot shower was most welcome.
The buffet breakfast was all delicious and varied, but get down early it can very competitive at the food counter at certain times.

Loud noises of repair work....rooms are tiny, checkin took forever to complete. Would not stay here again. There are far better hotels nearby. Beware they will charge u $25 as extra person charges if you have a toddler with you!

The staff are so kind and supportive. We had an issue with our delayed flight, and we ironically sent here as a hotel the layover. They we quick and got us a room with 3 beds. We also stayed there multiple nights and slept comfortably, and staff and room were great. I would return without hesitation.

Small quiet hotel close to shops and restaurants. The staff is simply great. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable, 24h service The hotel is very clean. Filtered Water stations on every floor
. the restaurant food is also good. The included breakfast has decent size buffet and their A la carte menu is not bad at all (flavor and cost). Definitely would come back.
The only drawback is that there’s no small fridge in the room.

After staying in other hotels in Lima, I can recommend this place with confidence! Clean, central, convenient, spacious room and a nice breakfast buffet (much better than other breakfasts I have had in other hotels in Lima!). The only two downsides: hot water in the shower takes long to come out, and the room was quite dark as directed to the inner court where little daylight comes in.

Located in Miraflores just off the busy area, comfortable hotel, nice room, filtered water in the corridor, airport transfers can be booked, easy to walk to the express bus way for the old town and easy to walk around Miraflores. Simple breakfast each morning, much the same as we found elsewhere in Peru. Staff friendly and welcoming.

I stayed here at total of 8 nights (interrupted stays). The staff was very nice and helpful, always an english speaker could be found if needed. Many internationals were in & out, so it was fun to meet people from everywhere!
There are purified drinking water refill fountains on each floor, and lovely murals too! Many people missed not having yougurt at breakfast, but the food was great. If that was the only complaint, I will take it! Ordered room service once, it was lovely too!
The location was perfect, close to a grocery store as well as many restaurants and Kennedy Park too!
The tour I took "approved" this hotel as locally owned and eco-sustainable, so there's that too!
