Located very close to the airport, yet in a comfortable neighborhood with an excellent breakfast restaurant within walking distance. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is a great value and Manuel was very helpful.

A nice, clean apartment in a safe location close to the airport. I stayed on the other side of Alajuela when I arrived to Costa Rica, and this was definitely the superior location. Lots of mall and restaurant options nearby, including a Kolbi to get your SIM card activated. The host was very friendly and helpful, with specific directions on how to find the apartment and get your keys, and he called us a taxi when we left (3500 colones). The shower was one of the nicest we had in Costa Rica, including the good quality (and quantity!) towels. The kitchen wasn't big, but had all you needed if you wanted to cook a meal yourself. There was laundry available if you needed it. There wasn't a living room, just a smaller dining table, but that was enough for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and there was room for luggage.

Like everywhere in Costa Rica, you had to choose between being a little stuffy or potentially letting mosquitoes in. There were very large fans provided in both bedrooms, though, which not only helped cool off but also drown out any potential road noise. You could hear the neighbors, especially when they came or left, but they were overall quiet. The owner provides earplugs if needed.

Small, modest yet comfortable accommodation was immaculately clean, with attention to pretty details in the well equipped kitchen. There is even a washing machine if needed. Warm shower and lovely fluffy towels. WiFi very good. Beds were comfy. Parking is for a mid-sized SUV. Neighbors are close and audible, but not rowdy. We stayed 2 nights before departing from SJO airport, after our 3-week round trip in Costa Rica. GREAT location in pretty street: 4km from SJO, 500m from the Plaza Real Mall with its good eateries and 1.5 km from "old" Alajuela. Host communicated a few days earlier with helpful details about the address, a photo for the location, and key entry. It is a great accommodation to start or end a trip in Costa Rica. We would stay longer.

L’appartement est proche de l’aéroport, et il y a une place de parking dédié pour votre voiture. Le logement est spacieux, propre et confortable. Il est bien équipé. Il est situé juste à côté du centre commercial. Et Manuel, notre hôte est très réactif et aux petits soins avec nous.

Posizione strategica vicino al centro commerciale plaza real e quindi ad un passo da ristoranti, locali,, gelaterie e bancomat. A 5 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. Parcheggio privato e sicuro all'interno dell'abitazione. Manuel è stato di grande aiuto, si è addirittura svegliato alle 4 del mattino solo per chiamarci un taxi per l'aeroporto, non finirò mai di ringraziarlo.

Le quartier, la proximité de l’aéroport, to l’équipement avec les glaçons et le café, de quoi parquer la voiture. La communication avec le propriétaire est super !

S’il y a un peu de bruit, le ventilateur est là pour couvrir !

A repülőtérhez közel, de mégis központi helyen található a szállás. A megközelítéshez pontos leírást kaptunk. Az apartman szép, tágas, tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, készséges volt, segített tájékozódni, autómosót találni, taxit rendelni. Mindenképp szívesen visszamennénk.

It is perfect place for a short stay close to airport

La ubicación excelente, restaurantes, farmacias, todo a solo 200 metros . Cerca del aeropuerto, casa muy limpia y excelente atención por parte del propietario.

Fantastic location, minutes from airport. Very clean and well-kept. Big feature is also the extremely modern outdoor shopping mall one block away. So many restaurants and cafes where well-off Costa Ricans shop and eat. Looks like it could be in California. Host communicates well. So easy, so nice, so reasonably priced.

The location was superb as I was leaving the next day in the morning to the airport. The house was clean and offered everything I needed: clean shower, clean bedroom, clean towels, coffee machine, free coffee and a fridge. It has many other amenities that I would have used should I have stayed longer than 24 hours.

It was noisy, I could hear the neighbors. I would have also loved an outdoor space to drink my coffee but that's extra.

Ability to self check in late.

Muy fácil de llegar, la ubicación es perfecta si necesitan tomar un vuelo o llegan al país muy noche, uber o taxi no cobra ni $ 10 hasta el aeropuerto, y cerca hay muchas opciones para comer.

Its very close to the airport which is what we wanted, so very practical if your flight arrives late or leaves super early. Its close to the highway so easy to get to any destination out of the city. Its in a very safe and kid friendly area. The shopping mall a couple of streets away is very hip and kids can play in the park. Lots of restaurant around to chose from. Not too much traffic compared to downtown SJO. Comes with a gated parking, that's a plus.

It can be loud on weekend night since its a hip area especially if you stay in the room close to the street, some people can play loud music but you can't do anything about it. The host provided ear plug just in case. If you stay in the middle room, you'll be fine.

The host gave a clear instruction on how to retrieve the key! He even had a video instruction which made it very self explanatory!

Great location very near an upmarket mall with range of restaurants and shops. Good, clear, prompt communication from owner. Clean, comfortable and safe. Safe neighbourhood, went jogging early morning. Washing machine and drying line. 5 mins by uber to airport

The beds were a bit stiff.

La cercanía a Plaza Real Alajuela, al aeropuerto y que cuenta con parqueo seguro. La fluidez en la comunicación con Manuel, quien nos brindó las indicaciones del ingreso de manera clara. El lugar se encontraba sumamente limpio con todo lo necesario para descansar.

Perfect communication from the beginning. Everything was clean and fine. The Mall where you can find everything ( Kolbi for SIM-card ) is nearby. We wanted to come back on our way home but it was booked out. :( Thank you for your kind help, Manuel!

It's super close to the airport and you can take a bus to the airport or to downtown San José. The house is really clean and the host super friendly. We liked it very much

If I had to say something, there is only one electric stove for one cooking pan so big meals you can't make.
