La ubicación está genial al lado de la Catedral de Granada, las paradas de autobuses cerca. En pleno centro de la ciudad, súper cómodo. Carolina súper amable y atenta. Todo súper limpio.

Amazing place! Carolina is more than lovely and always willing to help with everything! This is one of the cleanest places I have ever been to, the beds are really comfortable and the location is perfect! We will definitely visit again when in Granada

It was close to the centre of town and within walking distance to everything. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were very clean. The air conditioning worked.

Everything was perfect

Great location and clean and updated rooms. The hotel is near public transportation and most tourist sites. It is also only a 20 minute walk from the train station. The A/C started leaking and I was immediately moved to another room. A few days later, I saw maintenance repairing the A/C. I have stayed at hotels that will poorly rig a defective device and continue to rent the room despite the potential hazard. It's nice to see an owner who cares about the safety and comfort of guests. I had an internal room, so noise was not an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for tourism. Great communication once the stay started. Owner was very willing to help when issues came up after another guest told me to message them on WhatsApp.

Had trouble getting contact information before check-in. There was water leaking in the bathroom. They offered to move me but I wasn't bothered enough to move my last night. Smelled like perfume at check in and I'm allergic (fine after airing out room).

I never met Carolina, but she was super helpful and friendly on-line. Easy self check-in. Excellent location. Nice, simple room. Will return.

Everything was good, the owners accommodated our stay before the check-in time and we could stay after check out time.

The location, although very central, it has a pub/club in fron of the building so on Friday & Saturday you could listen to the music and people until 6am which was quite disturbing for trying to sleep. Unfortunately the windows are not sound proof.

We stayed in a 2-person room with a private bathroom. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable with AC and looked exactly like the photos. The shower was great and one of the best experiences we've had in guest houses/hostels in Spain. Carolina was very communicative and came to help us in person when we had trouble figuring out the AC. She even included makeup remover and wipes in the bathroom, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is right between Gran Via and Elvira Street, which have a lot of restaurants and late night shops, and is within close distance of the Alhambra and other sights in the city.

There wasn't anything we disliked. The downstairs lobby is just a small desk area with no attendant (at least when we were there), but Carolina was quick to respond when we needed help.

The location was great . The manager a very sweet and helpful person . Give us excellent tips and recommendations of places to go .
