The neighborhood was beautiful.

From first look you’d think the apartment was clean, But the amount of ANIMAL HAIR in this apartment is unreal. I called and spoke with 3 different CSR and none even offered to find me a more accommodating place to stay or at the very least come clean the apartment for me. So I had to clean everything (Not a very good way to start off a vacation) so that my family and I wouldn’t have to walk around covered in pet hair. The CSR’S had pictures of all the Dog hair and the left over washcloths that was hanging on the shower. They weren’t accommodating at all. Honestly I’d never book with them again.

We loved how big the place was! Bed's were very comfortable! The grounds are so well kept! Shopping, golfing and entertainment was so close by!

Blinds in the kitchen and 2nd bedroom were damaged and switch on lamp in Master Bedroom was broken and when I reported, maintenance was very fast to replace all. Also, was not happy with not getting local channels like ABC, NBC or CBS to watch news and weather!
