From the time we checked in, the staff were friendly. The rooms were quite nice and spacious. Location is quite good too. I must say, Umesh, Sachil and Pritesh were really good!

The corridor outside the rooms kept stinking continuously, despite telling the housekeeping staff. Either there was no action taken towards it or it’s just continued stinking. Something needs to be done about that. The restaurant staff were sometimes arrogant and seemed like they were not quite motivated to do what they are doing. The manager was also quite arrogant. Upon check in we were told that we will have various options of eggs available. During the first two days they gave us what we requested for. Then after, we were told that the chef can’t make what we would like and we should only have what’s in the buffet. After requesting for it, we did it get it. But after that we saw that other guests also got other items without having to request for it. So I don’t understand why there would be double standards for guests. This is something that can make guests not come again.

the hotel is alright, strategically located quite close to the beach. Clean rooms with balconies facing the main road. Staff are pleasant and quite helpful with information.

The breakfast really needs a lot of improvement. they serve a 'spread, but no eggs are part of it. If you want basic fried eggs, they are charged extra. There should be an option to not choose breakfast as part of the pricing because it can definitely be given a miss. Rather there are good options to eat breakfast a good 7 mins in both directions away from the hotel.

A selection of items geared towards indian people but western continental breakfast. Staff friendly and very helpful. Cook made me an omlette and was happy to offer us what we wanted.

Shower area is not in a confined area so the entire small toilet gets inundated with water making the floor wet and slippery till it dries

The only good thing was the location…

The staff is really rude… The bathroom was stinking and clogging… Service was poor… Breakfast was disappointing… not enough cutlery to serve basic number of clients… The staff was extremely rude…
