A propos de ce van aménagérental
This automatic transmission camper van with low mileage per year. Full records of service from the original dealer are on hand, where the original owner bought it from in 2001 from zero mileage to now. VW Manual, operating manual and all receipts of work completed are available. Most of the components purchased were supplied by GoWesty. The Eurovan fits in a regular 2 car garage as it’s 17’ Long, and 80’ High with top down. The 2001 Eurovan has a bigger engine with 201 HP compared to early ones with 140 HP. (write-up from previous owner's sale listing) *Take throughout Southern California only* - No out-of-state trips and no Northern California.
Upgrades include:
Repainted VW White (2019)
Transmission cooling unit installed.
Transmission and engine mounts replaced.
Cameras front and rear (if needed, but prefer unplugged)
Privacy Tent for back gate
Interior Lights changed out to Led’s
Fridge Recondition in (2021)
New Engine Battery (2022)
New Marine Auxiliary Battery (2024). Please do not drain it. No laptops / air mattress hookups, etc.
The heat is not working for the upfront (engine) air vents. The AC works and the propane heater/thermostat works for the cabin.

1. Storage
2. How to open the sliding drawer storage underneath - although easier not to use it
3. Pop Up Roof - how to put up *Must be lowered and locked before driving* (use seatbelt safety latch too)
4. Front seats swivel inwards - * the van WILL NOT drive / start with the seats swiveled inward, so you have to put them back in the original positions *
5. Table
6. Upper bed - but if you are 2 people maybe you will just use the bottom bed, that is how others have done it
7. Convert bottom rear seat into a bed *have to pull bed/drawer - all of it - out first (lift up the flooring where the strips are pre-cut - easy to see.
8. Lights - one over counter area and 4 adjustable reading lights in the bed area, as well as one on the pop up roof - * please make sure they are all turned off when not in use*
8. Window shades - pull down *gently* and over the window parts that may be "sticking" out like the locking mechanism and window frames.
9. Pop up Roof - how to put down (again, *Must be lowered and locked before driving* (use seatbelt safety latch too) PULL IN ALL 4 CANVAS SIDES (FRONT, BACK, 2 SIDES) SO THAT THEY FOLD INWARDS LIKE AN ACCORDION AND TUCK IN CANVAS AROUND THE OUTSIDE - THIS IS SO THAT RAIN DOESN'T GET IN IT AND THEY ARE PROTECTED. MUST HEAR 2 CLICKS TO KNOW THE POP UP IS WALL THE WAY LATCHED.
10. Shore power hookup (orange chord provided in van)
11. Coach battery - and what it powers and how it powers (engine battery when driving and shore power charges it)
12. Sink and Fridge (12-volt car battery only used to maintain fridge while traveling) - otherwise use LP Gas (propane) or shore power (at a camp/TV site/house, etc.). Park on level ground.
13. Range top (stove) - use ventilation for air. Uses propane. *Propane always has to be OFF from the outside valve/knob when driving* Make sure to turn range knobs OFF when not in use.
14. Thermostat switch (heat) - make sure Propane is OFF on the outside knob. Turn the thermostat to above room temperature (this is an updated thermostat, be GENTLE with a switch). Blower runs for 5 minutes. Turn the thermostat below room temperature, wait for 2 minutes until the blower stops, turn the propane knob ON and then turn the thermostat to the highest setting, and then adjust to the desired setting. There are vents near the floor. again, TURN OFF PROPANE from OUTSIDE when not in use/when driving.
