The location is perfect! Right in the heart of Rochester's social scene, food, restaurants, bars, etc. Easy access to I-490! The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, cozy ! Free parking behind building. Great accommodations for the price!!!

It is apartment living, so the upstairs neighbors were very noisy. One night it was a bunch of people partying loudly with music blaring and raucous laughing. Another morning kids were running around stomping their feet.

I like the location of the property. Apartment was nice and super clean. Specially the host was very responsive. Kitchen was nice.

When someone walks or talk on upper floor, you can hear everything. Sometimes it was disturbing. I was mostly on work. So for me it didn’t affect. Because mostly I was on work.

Really nice and very convenient to 490 and restaurants in the area. Walking distance to Park Ave.

Was supposed to have a pull out couch but did not. We did find a cot in the closet though. However, not what was stated when rented.

Very big space and clean environment. Facilities are good enough for family travel.

Price is a bit too high, maybe it’s the peak season for university graduation.

The loft was really cute with great staging. It is centrally located which made it easy and quick to get around.

The loft is not well insulated because it was very cold in the bedroom and I could hear the tenants upstairs very clearly.
