The apartment was in a great location, and was easy to access. Overall a really nice, simple apartment that was very suitable for our needs.

Victoria was very helpful getting us into the property early, but unfortunately the bedding is just not up to scratch. The main bed is springy and too soft and the sofa bed is uncomfortable. The property is right on the road and is very noisy in summer as you either bake in the heat or have to leave the windows open and suffer traffic noise. Maybe in winter this is not a problem. There were bottles of cleaning products left all over the bathroom and one square of toilet paper. We actually left and found a proper hotel

It was near Richmond . Shower pressure was good and kitchen roomy.

It is definitely only for 2 people not 4 and we did pay £40 extra per night. It was very small , noisy and stuffy . Mattress and pillows were not good and kettle lid was broken and dangerous.

Victoria was absolutely fantastic with regards to communicating with us prior to arriving at the property. The apartment was close to where we needed to be. The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed. It was great to have parking close to the apartment and having Sainsburys nearby was handy. There was a shell garage with Waitrose and Costa behind the property was was extremely handy to grab those last minute essentials. We had a great stay.

Nothing all was as expected and explained to us.

Brilliant location, 10 minute walk from North Sheen station, on-street parking next to the property and excellent host who communicated clearly and efficiently with us throughout the stay

Very comfortable and Luxurious Apartment. Perfect for Kew Gardens and Richmond. The breakfast bar was ideal workspace for completing my business projects. Great location with plenty of parking outside the apartment and a bus stop outside the flat. A short walk to Kew Gardens Station.Mini Waitrose within Shell Filling Station on 30 seconds walk, big Sainsburys only 5 minutes away. WiFi was very good and Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and Pluto Channels. The Host was very kind and helpful. Hidden gem- definitely recommend this apartment.
