I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had its appealing aspects, but several issues detracted from our experience. The location matched the description, but the property description lacked some important details. While the house had four bedrooms, only two were equipped with televisions, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Additionally, we encountered several cleanliness issues: debris was present on the floors, the shower curtain was quite dirty, one of the shower drains was not functioning properly, and the hot tub water was green and cloudy. The hot tub was a key amenity we were looking forward to, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it during our full stay. Given the $250 cleaning and linen fee, we expected the property and its amenities to be in impeccable condition. I reached out to the owner about these concerns, but the only response we received regarding the hot tub was that "the spa guy stated that he came out to service the hot tub." Although someone did come to address the issue the following day, this did little to improve our experience, especially with our stay being only three days long. Overall, these issues were quite disappointing.

Reviewer Comments: Have to say at first I was a little upset when I realize we did not belong to the Beachwalk resort even when I made the reservation through their website . But once we went into the house it was very cute and clean and the hot tub was a great hit for the kids after the beach . Definitely would highly recommend it

Dune Escape provided us a comfortable, beautiful home to unwind and refresh after a very busy weekend. A great location provides an easy walk to the beach as well as to the zoo. And dinner at the nearby Bridges restaurant was a great outing on our last night.

the place is fabulous. it is walking distance to beach and 2 great restaurants. it is also very close to Blue chip casino/ resort which was very helpful because the wedding festivities were located there or the shuttles to the wedding venue left from there. Advise for owners- add iron and ironing board and put some window coverings on small windows in master bedroom.

Everything was top notch from booking to check-out. Would definitely stay there again.
