it was clean inviting very spacious it was our first time booking one, loved the bumblebee theme

family friendly, good location. Great value for money.

Location is great, only a short walk to amusements.

The beds were terrible. The double bed had 2 slats missing and the pull out sofa matress was like sleeping on a piece of paper. I also arrived to find that there was no bedding supplied. I contacted the owner and he said it says it on the booking page and sent me a picture. That picture was not on the booking.com so I would never of known. Owner contacted me the day before with instructions of location and lock box which was great, would of been nice for them to just mention it then as we had to go out at 7.30pm to search for bedding which put us £50 out of pocket. Oven didnt work properly so ended up grilling 4 pizzas which as you can imagine took over an hour, with small hungry children was not ideal. The caravan and location itself was absolutely fine. It just needs new beds and a working oven.

no internet access, nobody could fix it, nobody really bothered caravan smelled like dead fish,i think it comes from the dishes sink pipes, duvet, pilows, beds were left with some dogs hairs dirty overall 😕

There was a police incident on the site which effected us getting to our van for a while . This was nothing to do with the van owner but there was no reassurance from the site or assistance offered again nothing to do with the owner of the van we rented . The cleaner of the van was brilliant and reassured us .
