Unit is older and could use some updates, but everything we used worked as it should. Bed was super comfortable. Great place to stay for the show a blossom.

The place was clean and comfy. The bed is great and the pull out couch was decent even for an adult. We had plans in Cuyahoga National Park and Lake Eerie, and this was a super convenient base to stay! There were lots of little extras that were a nice touch to have, and the neighborhood is super quiet.

The apartment was nice and clean. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was great. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Akron.

Egan was very patient with the difficulties (self-inflicted) I had with check-in. I appreciate his communication and understanding.

The place was great over all. There was a slight urine smell but there sprayed a little fabreeze and it seemed to get rid of it. My dogs kept sniffing a spot in the rug so if I had to guess just needs new rug. However, Very close to the square with lots of food and drink options as well as shopping only 2 blocks away! would for sure stay here again and plan to when coming back through akron

It was quiet and comfortable to stay here! I love the historic feel and character to this apartment. Communication was excellent and no one talked to me unless I needed anything so I was able to relax! The only thing to worry about was parking. When I went to leave after my stay, I found a handwritten note on my car's windshield saying I had blocked someone's driveway and they would have my car towed if I stay there again. A neighbor was glaring at me as she walked by when she saw it was my car. I thought I had been careful not to block a driveway so I was confused so just be careful where you park here! Other than that, I loved my stay here!

I booked this because I needed a reasonably priced place to stay for a night with my dog. The host was great to work with and the apartment is adorable. I already booked again for my next trip to Akron.

This place was located perfectly to all the different venues were needed to be at for the weekend. It was a bit cold when we got in, but the Property manager fixed it quickly. Cozy place, great neighborhood!

We needed a comfortable place to sleep for the night and this met our needs. It’s basic and no frills but a quiet safe neighborhood close to good food. It is on the second floor so there are steps. Post communicated well with us.
