I liked the location and the staff were very helpful.

A good basic hotel - nothing fancy but ok for a night or two stay. Room was spacious enough and the hotel is well located and short drive to attractions.

There are a number of inconveniences, especially if staying multiple nights. There was no dresser or other space to put clothes essentially forcing you to live out of your suitcase. The toilet paper dispenser was far enough from the toilet that the kids couldn't reach it - bad design! The key card to the pool area was broken forcing you to get hotel staff to let you in every time you want to use the pool. The breakfast was at best merely ok and at worst, really bad. The last day we were there, virtually every breakfast item was out. When they finally replenished things, the pre-made egg omelets were ice cold inside. Considering everything they offer is heat and serve, this is unacceptable.

Breakfast looked unappetizing. The facility admitted that they were in the process of remodeling and so the place was shabby, pending renovation.

The bathroom had peeling wallpaper; the furniture was chipped.

I travel frequently, and it is one of the worst breakfast experiences for menu choices and staff experience. Small seating space, always tables dirty while the staff was busy making waffles, not letting self service.

The staff serving breakfast and the manager was not professional when we informed her to coach the staff as most people knew how to use the waffle maker, and the staff could focus on restocking and keeping the place clean. She didn't even thank for the feedback, rather walked away.
