There are two parts to the property. The internal space and external shared access to the large balcony area outside.
Internally, it’s very cosy (as estate agents say) and not a lot of space. That’s perfectly fine for a short day but you would likely get cabin fever after a few days if it’s raining and you can’t enjoy the outdoor spacious expanse!
There are loads of lovely touches which makes this place a joy. Complimentary tea, coffee and snacks; it’s clean, plenty of towels and there’s care and attention to really make you feel at home.
Location, it’s a shortish (10-15min) walk into town/harbour area.
There’s a good shower, microwave, small fridge, toaster - so good for a short stay (2 days).
There’s a double bed bunk-bed cleverly utilising the limited space but very little headroom on the top bunk - so if you’re claustrophobic you might want to steer away!
I didn’t meet the hosts but their messaging was very friendly.
It was a little cramped. Didn’t bother me, this was a handy base from which to explore Folkestone (which is certainly on the way up). But if you don’t like confined spaces, this might be a challenge.

A great base for Leshuttle. Clean, super comfy bed. Really lovely outside space to relax and enjoy the view. Parking space total bonus. Very friendly and helpful host.

The property was beautifully decorated
The patio would be ideal for a night away for guests to relax and enjoy spending the evening out there. however the owners windows made it a little difficult to relax but saying that we didn't see them. Great location, gorgeous interior and definitely value for money.

Great little annexe with a sea view and easy walking distance from the lovely town and shore. Decking area outside and neat tidy facilities with separate area for sleeping and relaxing.

A beautiful annexe with a lovely view, perfect for a stop off before the Eurotunnel though we could easily have stayed for longer. The friendly cat was an added bonus!

Very friendly host, parking on front and own entrance, excellent see views from lovely veranda, grandchildren love the top bed, very well equipped toiletry and cleaning products / teas, coffee etc...would definitely return..!!

The property was attached to the main building with nice views to the white cliffs and the channel. The main road could be busy at times but was okay at night. A local Tesco is a short stroll away.

Loved the location, great little place a little small but there was 3 of us. Hosts were very attentive asked for a fan and they provided shortly after. The accommodation had loads of little personal touches. A beautiful outside balcony which we used whilst having food in the evening. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Sea view and the terrace along with the adjourning cozy room were the highlight of the accommodation. Although the beds were compact but were very comfortable.
Kitchen was very compact thus couldn’t fit any sink had any plates should be washed in bathroom.

The terrace is amazing. You have a view of the coast as it faces east. Bed (bottom bunk) was comfortable. It’s a short 15/20 minute walk to the water or into town.
There is no kitchen but I knew that when booking. Perhaps would be tricky for a longer stay but it’s perfect for a weekend or extended weekend visit.

Lovely place to stay, nice accommodation in a great location. Especially enjoyed having breakfast in the sun room and taking in the sea views from the terrace.

Great location and views of the Folkestone harbour, privacy was stellar and although an annexe felt like a separate little home. Cosy, very well decorated, and equipped with many appliances you may need!
TV sound quality wasn’t great but the resolution was fine! Bottom mattress of the bunk less comfy, but bedding and pillows were to die for- tiny tiny things but an amazing place and amazing host.

Wonderful room, all needs catered for, good shower, friendly host. Fresh milk, snacks, teas, coffees, microwave, plates cutlery - v kind. Great style, good outdoor space- perfect for group of friends.
Very little, location a small way out from front but only a 10 walk and worth it for property and warm welcome!
